The overall service to their clients is improving: A. wait times in the dinner have declined drastically and the servers seem to be more friendly. B. response time to individual residents is improving, especially when residents call from their room for a particular need. 3. improving service to clients when it comes to checking on residents and keeping them informed of upcoming events such as movie times, events to attend, etc. 4. At times, a number of food items continue to contain to much sodium, however, this issue seems to be improving. 5. I ask to speak to the callers supervisor. A medical assist then talked to me, and attempted to explain that it's not the office fault nor problem. I tried to tell her to call the lady at scheduling and all I could get from her was she didn't have the paperwork. This kept going in circles and she would never contact scheduling. Finally she was talking on the phone to someone and stated that some people are too dumb to understand. That's when I left. VA scheduled another appointment at a different set with the same hospital due to I require a special MRI due to heart stints. Go here and guess. They don't show the appointment. if you dread going to the doctor use Citizens. Don't worry you won't get in.
