Of course with over a year absence, I had to register as a new donor again. No problem. After going through the initial registration, a staff member told me I had a legacy deferral. The duration of the deferral was 30 days. Here's the crazy part: it was issued in August of 2019. It must have came from a center run by Grifols i went to in columbus. However, 6 and half years is well over 30 days. I couldn't donate that day and was told to wait for a call to get it cleared. 2 days ago, they call me and say because there weren't any notes on the reason of the deferral, they can't clear it and I won't be able to donate there ever, even though it's been well beyond 30 days. I've sent a message to corporate and they still haven't reached out to me. This is unfair to me, a healthy man looking to donate. What a joke of a company
