Dr Krause took an unusual long amount of time to examine me, he is the first physician that has ever performed a certain test that allowed him to visualize the problem. He then took his time and explained why the other two surgeries had not been successful and explained in detail what my problem actually is and what needed to be done to correct it. The receptionist (from Mineral Wells, WV) was very kind, patient, and informative. Thought I would have to drop them off and come back, but Dr. Squires himself was there. Asked me if I had the time and they went through the complete process. They would do one procedure have me come back in an hour for the next step. After going all the way through they told me to come back in a week for the dentures. I went in today and picked them up. They are a perfect fit. My old ones flopped around in my mouth and they were less than 6 months old. I couldn't eat with the others without using quite a bit of adhesive. These are tight fitting ate an apple for the first time in a few years without any problem. They are so professional and I will highly recommend them for any work you need done. I had been to 2 other offices in Parkersburg this is my 4th set of dentures and i love them.
