They have horrible customer service they never answer their phone and they are never that busy to where no one can answer that isn't cool

Worst place ever! Have been going for a while for a little extra cash. Most of the time i would spend a minimum of one and a half hours waiting to be screened then close to an hour just to donate. There are always new people that dont know how to stick you and will bruise your arm bad then act like its your fault and make you wait to donate again. Right after i get platinum status i went in for a year physical and he asks me what medication im on so i tell him. One was not on the computer so he asks how long have i been taking it. I tell him several months now. He asks why did i know say yes on the questions then. I said i told yall about it a while back and he was the one i told he said i was good because it was not on the list of meds i cant take while donating. Well he said because its not in the computer so he has to permanently defer me. So he said last time i was good and neglected to add it in the computer, and now im the one who gets punished for it? This place is a joke. I have read online that after they pay employees and expenses they profit around $500 each donation. So with the profit they get they pay the employees crap and the donors get a lousy $60. I would try to find a different place if i were you. read more

Make sure you bring ALL required documentation. Your name on your drivers license and social security card MUST be an exact match. Mine just had middle initial on SS card and full middle name on DL, so I had to go get more documents to prove it was me. Very pleasant staff, but they have rules to follow. read more

Great place, clean facility, friendly staff and once you have all your documents in order and the first initial visit (plan about 3+ hours) you're in and out within an hour depending on how fast your blood flows!! read more
