A simple 'we don't see patients under 13' during the initial endodontics call would have saved us 4 hours on the road and a day of unnecessary suffering for my daughter. If they can't manage a basic intake calendar, I certainly wouldn't trust them with a medical procedure. Absolutely pathetic service for a family already dealing with limited local resources.

We went for the appointment and before I could even fill out paperwork, we were told it would be a minimum of $400 more. They did not evaluate or even look at our daughter's teeth. After I got home and called corporate, we were told the call center quoted us the Feb price without telling us it was a limited time. However, I called the call center and was still quoted the original price. It is not a limited time offer, it is the constant cash price. They are very dishonest and unethical.

Dr. Son was very understanding and helped me better understand what was going on with my teeth! He told me, that ge stood by his first diagnosis which was to still pull my 9 teeth!! What kind of dentist wants to pull 9 teeth from anyone let alone a woman who he now knows the teeth can be saved!! I recommend that no one ever go to his office! What a terrible doctor!! What a horrible experience!! No compassion. He didn't even follow up with the specialist he sentenced too! Insane!! Don't go there!! RUN FROM THAT OFFICE IMMEDIATELY!!

Dr Morrison sat down after our cleanings and went over thoroughly each of our exams and answered all of my questions without acting rushed. He was very calm, cool, and collected. He was extremely knowledgeable when I discussed with him my sleep study showing I would need a dental device for sleep apnea. He has gone above and beyond and so has his staff. These days I typically feel rushed with any fears/questions/concerns I address with any healthcare provider and I never felt any of that when I have addressed any concerns or questions with Dr Morrison. By the way- you would think with a brand new beautiful office that they would charge you an arm and a leg but shockingly it is great pricing! Dr. Endari personally cleans and oversees all aspects of care. She is personable and genuinely concerned about her patients. The office is immaculate and her staff are the nicest, most caring people I have ever met. I referred my father to her who has had a fear of going to the dentist since he was a child and she put his fears to ease. He was equally impressed as I was. I moved to Houston four months ago and will continue to make the 90 mile drive to Beaumont for myself and my children just to see her.

Arrived for my appt to a mountain of paperwork. Ridiculous, but completed. Waited until I was called. I was taken to get x-rays. I reiterated that I was only there for them to take an impression of my teeth and order a retainer. Was told the x-rays were required. Got up and walked out. They do not in any way need to have a full set of x-rays to take an impression or order a retainer. Just blatant insurance abuse, if not fraud. If I allowed them to do them, and charge my insurance company, then that service would not be available for my actual dentist when it was time. I will order them from an online provider.
