Stay away!!! After…read moreagreeing to pay MSRP, plus doc. fees, a two hour Shell game ensued. The salesman attempted to disguise the MSRP and added $3,600 to the price. It was finally disclosed that the money was for 3M film and ceramic coating. Neither of these items were wanted nor were they discussed. When queried on the matter, the salesman eventually stated: "buying the coatings is a condition of the sale". I walked out. Hopefully the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC gets wind of this.

Very horrible experience...I was test driving a truck and was trying to decide between two vehicles…read more... very seriously considering thé the truck I had until 4:00 pm... They promised me or Rai Rai did that I would get first dibs on it and I trusted her. Someone else bought it and they did not honour their word while I was test driving the truck.The manager Adam called me and said -well that sucks but we got full price on it! I guess the used car salesman has a reputation for a reason... Would never go back to such a sleezy operation. Not sure how some people sleep at night. Going back to Lexus...
