Then he charged me a down payment of 200 for a motherboard that was unavailable. Then no one called me back for days and days despite numerous calls and messages left. They then proceed to tell me that the repair will be done on Friday. I call back on monday and said it will be done on Saturday. Finally got the text, saying it will be shipped out next day air. Let's see what the repair is like. Since I haven't received the phone back yet. This would be first time fix for a Samsung phone. I've used them with a laptop and got similar experience. This is the last time i am using Asurion in Hamden. I'll drive 30+ minutes to get my device fixed at another Asurion (Poughkeepsie, NY) if needed.
