No one was standing around watching, on a cell phone or killing time. They got the job done plus more without charging more in the time promised. It has been a year and a half now and the concrete work still looks perfect. I am getting ready to hire them again. Believe me you will be amazed at tge quality and timing of their work. Rather than installing them, they returned the panels to the steel supplier and exchanged them for flawless replacements. They also cut and welded the steel on-site, which demonstrated their commitment to quality workmanship. The upgraded swivel hinges on our double gate are incredibly smooth--they open with just a gentle push of a finger. Throughout the project, I was impressed by their work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
