Despite some of the biggest snows we see here in CT PJs reliability, and the thoroughness of the team in clearing the driveway, deck, steps and even cars is unflappable. More importantly, my wife and I leave very early for our jobs (I'm usually out of the house by 5:30a) and the team ensures that all is good to go, even under the heaviest snowfall. Have never tried them for the landscaping, though I often wish I had! I just know they would have brought the same professionalism to that as well. I expected to pay about $400 but was billed for $1200! When I contacted them to explain that I was not expecting to pay this amount but I wanted to find a way to pay it, that I just needed a payment plan--I was told that this was not possible and if I did not pay IN FULL within 15 days, it would be sent to collections. In this economic climate, this is really not how you should be running a business. I would not recommend Augusta. Many other services available in Milford to choose instead.
