Here somethings you should know about Pablo from PJ'S landscaping and design, Proceed with Caution with PJ'S, First he all nice looking at a job project i am setting up for a family member while getting better from knee surgery.This job has 2 sink holes and remove of some large garden areas and remove alot of small tree stump and to reseed area,As a person in the business i ask alot of Questions,Which all homeowners should !..I got a quote on 2/26/2024 i called pablo and ask him why there was no top soil and how much grass seed he would need for job since grass seed was $300,He told me could use the soil from graden area but got very upset about the grass seed amount,Well on 3-19 -2024 I call and ask for pablo to come back to change the quote because of 2 med bushes also to be removed,First thing he said my first quote is good for 20 day only,which there nothing in there quote saying this and now that there busy price is going up,I told him to do what he has to,And then he gos on and on about how much seed is used on the job,I told him i can get the same seed at the same place for 1/3 of the price and want to save my family some money,So as of this write i have not gotten any quote from pablo,Contractor like this who dont like customer asking question should not be in business,And not putting the quote together complete hurt both the company and the customer.And Pablo thinking that the customer (Me) doesnt know alot about this type of work and i'm just a dyi type of guy is a real mistake,,So the only reason there 1 star is jennifer who answers the phone is so nice !!!!! read more

We just finished up a 6 week, extensive masonry project with Pablo and his team. We highly recommend PJ's landscaping! This project exceeded our expectations in every way and we could not be any happier with the end result! Pablo is professional, knowledgeable, trust worthy, and an all around super nice guy. I thought he went above what he promised us and his love for doing the job right was apparent. He was onsite daily and answered the phone every time I called. Our project was to rebuild 40-50 linear feet about 5-6 feet high of a structural stone retaining wall attached to our house and bordering our driveway. Also included was rebuilding smaller stone retaining walls around our bottom set of front steps. Pablo's expertise, knowledge of code, design eye and the professionalism of his entire team sold us on a project we were reluctant to undertake due to scale and cost. Ysidro, the mason, is a true artist and master craftsman. It was a joy to see the progress of Ysidro's work. He was so easy to work with, respected my questions or concerns, and was always happy and smiling. The communication between Pablo, Ysidro and myself was open, easy and immediate. We did not have use of our driveway during these 6 weeks, but it was hardly an inconvenience. Ysidro kept our driveway safe, clean, and was always neat. I completely trusted Ysidro's talent and skill and I feel like we hit the jackpot that he was our mason. He also saved a 20 foot high arborvitae that was an anchor in our foundation landscaping that every other company said would need to be removed. Pablo's office is efficient and excellent in communication. Karen in the office was easy to work with, timely and always very responsive to our calls and emails. The project was explained in a very detailed manner and we knew exactly what to expect, cost, and timelines. Our project was completed in the estimated time, started on time and cost never changed. Our new stone wall, and refinished steps have added tremendous charm and appeal to our outdoor design. We are over the moon happy with how the project turned out and we are now revisiting how to landscape in order to best show off our new masonry. They are awesome! I bought a house here in Milford about six months ago and the yard is a big mess. There were some dangerously tilting trees that I wanted to get rid of. Pablo and his team came by and looked at everything, gave us some ideas on what to do, and gave a very fair quote. So far they have cut down the trees, are removing the stumps, and left us some firewood. They are very professional and work hard and fast. Pablo is a very professional man who does WHATEVER it takes to accomplish the job at hand. we had a huge drainage issue with the home we just bought.Pablo came out and examined the area and came up with a comprehensive plan to help us. The crews did a great job. Very neat, worked hard and accomplished the goal( to redirect the waters from the gutters and hilly land we have and stop the erosion during the frigid days of March--quite of feat to dig that deep with land that was frozen) IN addition, we had 4" of rain in early April. Thanks so much to Pablo and his team for really cleaning up some truly messy situations on our property. We were on a tight deadline since we're throwing an outdoor party later this summer, and we had over half an acre of property that badly needed some TLC. We initially hired them for snow removal service, but they did such a great job that we also hired them for various outdoor projects. The first one we took on was lining the entire perimeter of our (very large) driveway with jumbo Belgium block, a new stone retaining wall, and metal edging around our garden beds and pathways.
