This business is truly wonderful! We had an entire room full of junk we needed removed and they gave me a very swift and competitive estimate and showed up an hour later to do the job. Promised a time and then rescheduled 30 minutes before the agreed upon time, then rescheduled again, made me wait around all day, then was told the price would be almost double what was originally quoted for pick- up the following day. I understand that it is just a quote but showing up and then assessing the situation. No showing after making me wait all day and then nearly doubling the price. I put out a Yelp-wide request for a quote and several companies responded. This company replied with a great price, so naturally, I scheduled a visit. Day of, he said he was going to be late. No problem, until 30 minutes turned into an hour then a flat tire and then it was hot out. We rescheduled and when I sent him directions to ring the doorbell when he arrives, he tells me he'd have to pass for being too busy! I'm sorry, you replied and scheduled a service for which you failed to do! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY! He's not dependable enough to arrive at an appointment, let alone keep it! read more

Posted need for a quote and Raul's plus 2 others came in at lowest cost, but SoCalHaulingPros was only one offering to pick up within 4 hours. Raul later had a concern whether or not he needed a helper for very heavy piece. My offer to help plus roommate alleviated his concern for helper that he would need to pay extra $30. Incredibly fast, efficient, and so soft spoken and polite was Raul! Before my dogs could bark he had loaded Lazyboy chair (plus large fake fern hanging on it that I wanted disposed of for free but had not yet requested...) and he easily drug extremely heavy chaise (took two people previously to drag on carpet 5 ft.) onto his pickup truck. Within 4 minutes my eyesore pieces that were like an albatross around my neck disappeared before my eyes! Thanks Raul! PS. My instincts led me to trust and recommend Raul to disabled, senior and female only households. I had a rodent invasion in attic. Chewed thru my water pipes. I had 7 leaks. I could not wait for mouse/rat traps to Catch rodents. I had all insulation taken out and bagged.
