The first time we had Mark and his team come out we got rid of everything except the furniture. Lots of trash and things that just couldn't be used. Not only did they get everything out, but they also cleaned the back patio and garage, sweeping up and getting rid of any debris that was left. The second time we had him come out was March of this year to finish the same house, getting rid of all the furniture. Cleaning out a house is so much work, but finding Mark was amazing and took a tremendous burden off our shoulders. I do not know what we would have done without his help. In addition to taking our recyclables, he took some old bulky kids toys and some old baseboards for us. He was in and out in what felt like less than 30 mins. We booked a week in advance though he gave us open availability sooner. We had originally been quoted somewhere in the 180 range, but ended up filling a quarter of the trailer and with bulkier items than expected, which brought us up to 225ish ( all of this pricing was very transparent from the beginning which I greatly appreciated). I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy.
