Coordination of delivery was easy and he took care to place the dumpster as close to my work area as possible in a tricky spot. Having taken my time in the tear down, I requested the dumpster for five days. I was able to pack away a month's work in one long day. I reached out to Tony and he was able to come out that same day to pick up. While I do not know that I will need a service like this again, I do know who I will call if I do.

I ordered a trailer load of mushroom compost. Art called and we set up a delivery date. Art…read moreexplained that he had to pick up the load early in the morning before the supplier ran out of product. It is sold on a first come first serve basis. Art said he would text me when he was loaded and headed my way. True to his word, he texted and said he would be at my place by 9:15 am. At 9:15 he was pulling in my gate. I showed him where I wanted the load unloaded and he dumped it. Art is a true professional. He communicated with me throughout the entire transaction. He aswered all my questions prior to me placing the order. We agree upon a delivery date. He explained how he had to be at the supplier location very early in the morning, in order to procure the compost. Art arrived at the supplier on time to fulfill my order. He then texted me that he was headed my way. He arrived on time. I really appreciate how he conducted our transaction. Especially that he followed through at each step along the way. Art told me what he had to do to get the product and that he would let me know when he was leaving the supplier. In today's delivery environment, Art is a anonomoly. He did not give me a 4 hour delivery window. He told me when he would be arriving and he was here on time. I did not have to waste half a day waiting on a delivery. Thank you Art. I'll be calling again when I need another load.
