When we rented several years ago, there was an onsite manager, tons of vehicles, a dumpster, and the place was kept up nicely. Now it's a filthy, empty looking sh**hole. Some of the units clearly flood, as you can see where the rivers run through the place when it rains. Forget about any type of customer service. To get an answer to a simple question, I called FIVE TIMES, emailed twice, and still received no response. If you want to store anything of value, this is not the place!!!

Original quote was no more than half a day (which I thought was a stretch). They charge by the hour. They arrived at the storage unit at 10:00am. SEVEN HOURS LATER I was presented the invoice that included the time to go get a flat fixed, the hour lunch time, AND the time they spent trying to get the trailer out of the front yard after getting stuck. One star is a stretch....but the two young men that loaded and unload were nice guys. AND they called when they were on their way and were on time. ONLY positives.

I pre-paid for Christmas packages to be wrapped but they failed to make note of it. Paid again to get my packages. Had to go home, find the receipt, and bring it back to get a refund. Had I not kept the receipt, their ineptitude would have cost me double. Plus, the price for gift wrapping is now through the roof. OH! And there is a flat $2 fee to run a debit card. That's outrageous. The previous owners built relationships and treated people fairly. They had integrity and knew how to manage their business. These people are price gouging, and their service is very sketchy.
