When I asked them to enter the correct weight on a shipping label, they argued and claimed it wasn't necessary -- which is simply not true. Customers should be aware: shipping companies charge based on both actual and dimensional weight. If your package is even slightly over the stated size or weight, you can be hit with extra charges -- and worse, your shipment may not be properly insured. If something happens during transit, you're out of luck. It's unacceptable for a shipping store to refuse to enter accurate information on a label. UPS already has a reputation for overcharging, and this location makes it even worse. We need a new UPS Store & more than one because this one is unethical & unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this store if you can -- Longview deserves better.

If you want to deal with some rude, back talking, impertinent and disrespectful customer service agents, this is the place to go when the delivery driver is too lazy, or late, or whatever to actually make the delivery, and instead marks it as a delivered to appease Amazon, and returns to the station because they could not get their deliveries completed by the end of shift. Bonus points if you have to drive 50 miles to go and personally get your package in addition to dealing with the endless hassles caused by the ubiquitous, useless millennial O2 wasters.

Most wouldn't do it, a few could if I bought 10 or more shirts. I found T-Hee and asked if they could make my one shirt and the owner said, Sure we can do it. He helped me get the color of the shirt and the image just the way I wanted it, did a mock up for me to see before printing and told me the price right up front. It didn't cost me any more than buying a good T-shirt anywhere else! Even better, because I live an hour away and couldn't get to his shop when he was open, he made arrangements to be there when I could get there!! What a guy! They were so responsive and cwete able to honor our request and changed them out the next morning! So we were able to continue clearing the house and filling the second dumpster while everyone was there to help!
