So grateful for the guy that worked Tuesday the 26th 26 in the was 8:00 AM. My mom was currently getting spinal surgery. My sister and my nephew autism came into town the day before so we can help my mom gas station at 8:30 AM and I asked if they had cheeseburgers and he said well not until 11 looked around the gas station and asked around to see if they had anything that was microwavable for cheeseburgers. They didn't so I asked cook if any possible way that he can make a cheeseburger for my nephew because that's all he and cries and freaks out if he cannot get what he wants and when he get what he wants then he's a lot the guy about the said absolutely if you have 15 I will definitely make it for you. He was so kind and so nice and went above and beyond for us said anytime throughout the day or before lunch that we need another one just to let him know truly amazing and kind hearted. He definitely deserves a raise. I know how stressful it is working in a place like that and willing to go above and beyond for somebody that absolutely needs it truly amazing thank you so much. read more

Every trash can outside and in bathroom overflowing. Bathroom was disgusting. Prices are outrageous. Avoid!

I stopped here in my way home, after a morning of Doctor visits. Gathered what I wanted (the choices are endless). I approached the counter where two women were have a conversation. The moment I placed my items on the counter, their conversation stopped and one of the ladies approached me. She smiled and asked if I found everything. I believe she made a suggestion and I declined. Her service was amazing. Her smile contagious. When I told her that she impressed me with her customer service, she introduced herself as Mandi Porsch, the Store Manager. I was so impressed with how Mandi handled her customer. Mandi is what I look for in customer service and would have recruited her in a heartbeat. Cubbies, hang on to Mandy. She is amazing at treating the customer number one!! Here's an Atta Girl Mandi!!! I have come to expect good things from any Cubby's, and this location did not disappoint. I liked the large, clean, and bright sales area, and the great selection of on-the-go foods and drinks, including BluTaco, Godfather's Pizza, and Chester's chicken. The service was also great - welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and thankful. This location has a car wash. Excellent! read more

This gas station doesn't enforce masks and it's the law. They refused to break my $100 because I asked two other customers to back up and give 6' space because they didn't have masks on. One clerk had it on below nose. The other had a chin diaper on. We are a year into this pandemic, come on. read more

I was at Dunes Cubby's location this morning just after 7 A.M. Employees present (2) did not have a mask on. I was the only customer in the store and I was wearing a mask, which is the correct protocol. The sign posted at the check-out points out that masks are required after 11/18/20. Don't enter this location if you want to protect your health during a pandemic. read more
