A large rock hit my hood and windshield, as well as small pieces of gravel hitting my grill, bumper, mirrors and fenders. I called my insurance company and they sent me a list of auto body shops that were on their preferred list. I reached out to Prestige Collision Repair on Prestige in Sioux City. They worked with the insurance company and repaired my vehicle. They found several items that I didn't see and fixed them as well. I picked the vehicle up and couldn't believe my eyes! The spots that were marked for parking were full so I just ended up parking next to other cars that I wasn't sure were being worked on or if I was okay to park next to. They asked what type of car I had, the issue, and I handed them my keys. I sat and waited a little bit in one of the few chairs that were left. After a short time, for the amount of people in the waiting room, a nice man came up to me with my tire to show me the rubber flakes gathered at the bottom. MY TIRE WASSSS TRASHED because I ended up riding so low on it for who knows how long. Luckily! The number one reason I rated them a four! They had a "used tire" and offered to put it on. It only costed me $35 TOTAL! The tire looked brand new as it still had the Nubs on it. I left very pleased!
