It's where we get gas, get snacks, get Cinnabon, and all that, but also it's spacious, feels safe, and has everything you might want or need and then some. It's so much a part of our road trips that we don't even think or talk about stopping there - we just do. They didn't so I asked cook if any possible way that he can make a cheeseburger for my nephew because that's all he and cries and freaks out if he cannot get what he wants and when he get what he wants then he's a lot the guy about the said absolutely if you have 15 I will definitely make it for you. He was so kind and so nice and went above and beyond for us said anytime throughout the day or before lunch that we need another one just to let him know truly amazing and kind hearted. He definitely deserves a raise. I know how stressful it is working in a place like that and willing to go above and beyond for somebody that absolutely needs it truly amazing thank you so much.

This particular Pilot Travel Center was certainly on the low end of the scale. The card readers didn't work at the pumps. The bathrooms were a mess, and without enough employees working the cash registers the line quickly backed up into the nearby aisles. So they've got gas if you need it, but it comes with a side of aggravation. But maybe they were just having a bad day. Soon as I was leaving the property I was confronted by two officers and I was asked a series of questions and I was being asked if I was being rude and disrespectful towards the employees there on duty. I simply said no I wasn't being rude for anything or any type of reason. It's just how I sound when I talk I can't change that. Very rude employee and I would never go there again!!!!!
