They emailed an invoice with terms of Net 15. Five days later I received a phone call from them dunning me for payment. Seriously? If they wanted immediate payment, they should send their invoices Net Due. For a business to either not understand invoice terms, or worse, ignore their own terms, is inexcusable. I told them to pound sand and paid them later than I otherwise would have, but still within the stated terms. One star for business practices.
