After getting settled in we would from time to time get email messages from them, but when we would respond we'd get no response back. When we gave notice that we were leaving we got emails offering discounts to stay, but never got any responses when I tried to accept their offers. Good luck to you if you decide to work with them.

On top of that, both of the driveways are really steep / hard to maneuver...the entrance driveway is about half blocked w/ a dumpster, and has a very tight curve to navigate - and if you're in a moving truck, extra difficult. The exit driveway is straight enough, but it's a very very steep incline, and if your contents in the box van aren't tied down, they move quite easily all over the place. The on-site help is very courteous, but these big corporate companies care about nothing except how much $$$ they can get from you. We voted with our feet mostly due to the exorbitant prices. Look around...you can do much better and for much less $$$.

That's not my lock they claim was on it , but unless I sign it I can't get my refund. The language on their forms , states I will release them from all claims of any kinds in ambiguous language. This was after I told them about the rat damage. Got a corporate complaint in to the district manager. We'll see how that goes next week. Someone better pay me the $2k I lost with my property.

My storage tubs actually softened so much from the heat that they started to warp and collapse. Unacceptable when paying for a climate controlled unit. Reported the issue multiple times but no resolution; hence, this post on Yelp. 2) Our storage unit has no light. There is literally no light fixture above our rented floor space. This is especially a problem after sunset, requiring us to bring a large flashlight to see into our boxes. We are dealing with it until we find another unit. The staff has been cordial. The location + secure access + cleanliness are excellent. If it were not for the above issues, my rating would be a 5. To management/ownership: the AC issue is a real problem and has gone unresolved for too long. Please do whatever is necessary to resolve.

I needed a flat entryway to park my cars as well as some type of electric outlet so that I can plug in a battery Tinder. They gave me a unit and told me it's exactly what I needed and when I got there two weeks later, it was not. When I called to let them know that the original salesman was dishonest. All they did was refund me a prorated amount and kept the rest of the money. For sure will never rent from these guys. I don't like doing business with dishonest people.

I rented from here for over a year. I would say the only thing I really liked about it was that I…read morehad an app I could use to open the gate with. Otherwise, I would definitely not recommend it at all. The storage itself is on a hill, so it's pretty steep to get up/down. When I went to rent it, the guy was like oh yeah, we salt and something about having heated concrete so that people can get into it all year. Yeah... neither of those is true. So many times the place was closed due to ice/snow. They do get you in with the special pricing. However... in the year and 3 months I was there, they raised the rent FOUR times. So basically quarterly. So it went from $100 to $250. Everyone I talked to had never heard of a storage unit raising it so many times in one year. There was no lighting in the unit, and not in the best area of town, so I'm not sure why it needed to raise that much. At one point I found a couple brown recluses and cockroaches in my unit (no, I didn't have food in there and there was none where I moved my stuff from). I lined the doorway and such with roach poison and used one of those foggers and thankfully I didn't see any more after that. I've gone through all my things and also thankful that I've seen none... but still not fun and spending the money on that stuff is not ideal. I guess lastly for now, is the lack of being able to get ahold of anyone in the office. I would leave messages (because they never actually answered the phone (it would automatically go to voicemail every time) and never could I get anyone to call me back. I will say, the corporate customer service line of the company was good and I always got further with them than trying to go through the office. So one small pro with this company. Overall, I was so incredibly frustrated and I woul dhave left long before if I'd had the ability to move my things before I did. I do not recommend this place at all. Go pretty much anywhere else is my suggestion!
