I wasn't sure what size storage unti I needed, so she asked what I would be storing. After I explained, she recommended a 10x20 unit, which turned out to be the perfect size. She even took the time to show me the unit, and it was very clean. On top of that, she sprayed the unit and placed pest-control cubes inside to help keep our belongings safe. That really impressed me because she didn't have to go out of her way to do that. When we went back to the office, she explained every detail of the introductory rate so there were no surprises. She even offered me a bottle of water and my grandpa a cup of coffee. She walked us through the gate access step by step, making everything easy to understand not just for me but for my grandpa as well. I'm so glad my grandpa decided to store his belongings here. Crisna truly knows how to take her of her customers and does everything she can to make her tenants happy. I highly recommend A Family Storage in Green Valley.
