It was conveniently located at ground level, no elevator needed and the large moving truck could pull right up to the facility for unloading. The facility is clean, air conditioned, required a code to get in, lots of security cameras so I felt safe even after hours. They sell locks, packing materials, have quality carts for your use, a clean restroom and water fountains. Plenty of room in the parking lot to navigate your vehicle and load / unload. But even not being one that lives this way one can't not notice the rows and rows of single story (most common outside of cities) drive up access to aluminum roll up doors, metal walls and concrete floors only distinguishable by numbers or a lock. (That's why I only buy red locks) I think and wonder about the doors, what's behind them? Treasures or the death of the American Dream? I'm not here to pontificate along those speculative lines, just merely passing along a slice of random thought. Calling around to five self storage locations, I received quotes I found to be higher than I've ever paid for a smaller space in many states I've rented within. Now in Parrish FL since December, I've seen new communities spring up overnight as if they were dropped from outer space, it happens just that fast. So I ventured a bit out of this hotbed of building - looking in the local papers as the internet searches, a Craigslist advertisment caught my eye. Called, made an appointment, drive on over and signed up on the spot. The affore mentioned businesses were charging $100 plus two additional fees for a 5x5 totally around $120.00 a month. At All You Can Store, I got a 5x10 for $79.00. it's not 24 hours but I don't need that option and it's functional appropriate, never busy with other customers. A husband and wife team that were so friendly to me, they made my transaction a success and I highly recommend them.

I had called 3 weeks in a row to make sure we would still have the reservation and was just told even if I had a reservation they would sell the until before that date if needed. However for 3 weeks 2 customer service representatives and 1 weeks storage until grounds have been telling me to call back every week. There were not going to hold reservations. so for 3 weeks I have been doing what they said I need to do to a fast No want the payment even if it is a month before college move out date. I was also In formed that they collected payment 4 months in advance. so if your not going to have stuff in the unit until need they still want payment. So many different things told. was so rude when I told them I was doing as they asked me to do and was told they didnt know who told me that. Yes they do because they know each time someone calls and calls are recorded plus agrees to allow me to record on my side. They are taking advantage of customer. Glady took my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this storage place.

I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer and Daniel's efforts to get me the best possible rate assured me he was more about me as a customer than the bottom line and I appreciated that especially in today's financial climate. His knowledge of the facility was refreshing as it made my visit quick, seamless and painless. I walked in and walked out in less than 15 minutes with a storage unit at a good rate located in a convenient location. His customer service was exceptional.
