I was in a bit of a time crunch near the end so she put the lock on for me and I came back to pick the Keys up a lil later. The facility is very clean. My daughter even commented when she walked in about how good it smelled in there. I also had to take a quick restroom break while I was there and it was exceptionally clean, well stocked and smelled great. I asked if the furniture would be reassembled as I had heavy bedroom sets as well as an electric couch & loveseat. I even called a week ahead of time to let them know I would be moving most of the boxes to the new house myself - the quote included 50 boxes -to cut some of my costs, and the new house was just across the street. So after the move I was told that several things were missing from the estimate that John visually saw . 3 area rugs that were already wrapped. a dresser, an end table - all in the garage when John came. a small gate (for my dog). and a few other things that were that were there when John gave the estimate. So now the movers also told me that they had to reassemble the furniture, put area rugs down and then move them til customer (me) was satisfied with their placement! i was told this work was all included in my quote. The boxes that had to be moved were a total of 10 as I moved the rest a head of time. So now they tell me it is the time they charge for and not the number of boxes. Needless to say I was very disappointed as the whole thing felt like a scam! At that time we discussed that rental fee does go up usually at first year mark. However after only 8 months or so they raised price. Regardless we were selling our place & needed another unit. I checked & called. I was assured the last one size I needed was close to existing unit. We arranged to hold unit overnight. Next day we went during posted hours but clock said back in 1-1/2 hours. We came back then clock changed to another 2 hours office still closed. Next day approached office but young blond fellow closed up saying he had to ck something out but his friend in truck had service though. Bottom line 4 trips didn't get the additional unit & we were forced to move to another unit which was an added expense. To insult we vacated days before 1st & we're not given pro rated credit. Appears no accountability for not being there to provide help to its customers. Glad we didn't have an emergency. Note this is meant as constructive input not to be negative but providing facts. Will never use them again.
