Polo was fast to answer our calls and text messages and was punctual. The entire process of setting up the appointment and giving them addresses to pick up and drop off was easy-breezy. The disassemble and setup was an all day process, but that's a good thing as the pool table was quite an expensive one and we wanted to make sure it got to its final destination safely. The guys paid really close attention to every detail and everything was done professionally. From pick up to full assemble, it must have taken 5-7 hours (I can't recall exactly) and I stuck around for the entire process. It was pretty interesting watching them take apart and put together a 3 piece slate pool table. I never realized it took so much time and effort. During the entire time these guys didn't stop to take a break nor did they slacked off. I felt kind of bad that it took so long as I am sure they were probably getting hungry, but I did compensate them with a nice tip and offered them some snacks and food. Overall, we are extremely happy with the end result and we will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family. THANK YOU SO MUCH, POLO!!! =) P.S. They are very reasonably priced, and they can move out-of-city/state. =)

The cues are awesome as well but the customer service is great and everyone you talk to at their company knows what they're doing and sincerely want to help you. They have warrantees on their cues and the cues live up to all the hype. Their office is more like a warehouse so you shouldn't expect a nice showroom but they are still able to show you many of their products here and I came to pick up my break cue butt and had no trouble doing so.
