Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again if I ever need to move a pool table in the future.

You can go anywhere and find a Pocketed pool table but it's rare to find carom tables so I'm happy they do have that so people who do play can enjoy that. The place is alcohol and smoke free so that's another really big plus for me. I hate going out to play pool and there's drunk people running around and the whole place just smells like ash. I'm trying to play pool, not go to the club. The tables were nice, big full size tournament tables and they have a ball return into a rack so that was pretty dope. The felt felt really really fast. Barely any power and the cue ball was flying Only reason this place is not 5 stars is that it's kinda pricey. It's 17 an hour. Although it is a little pricey, I can see myself definitely coming in more often. The ambiance is very good. No drunk people, no ash, no club music. Just pool.

Haha this place is a rip off, straight price gouge! Let's…read morestart with the prices for both 8/9 ball and carom tables on a weekday which is 18$/hourly.. they're ripping everyone off. I went in; asked the price and walked out. This is the place for people that speak their language ("K-Town") as they call it. The people willing to pay those prices are new to the US or never learned English. Now they're obligated to actually pay 18$ an hour because if they go anywhere else they won't be able to communicate. No wonder this place accepts "Credit cards" you're going to need one if you don't know any better.. lol.

A Hidden Gem for Sports Fans in Carrollton If you're looking…read morefor a centrally located sports bar, Carrollton has a hidden gem right off Highway 121 and I-35. The atmosphere is dark, cozy, and inviting, with huge screens throughout the venue that make it easy to catch every game. The bar is well-stocked, the seating is comfortable, and the layout encourages both conversation and great views of the action. The food was a standout. The wings were flavorful, the nachos were loaded and satisfying, and the burgers were cooked perfectly. Pair that with a cold beer and attentive service, and you've got a winning combination. From the comfortable setting to the excellent food and game-day experience, this place exceeded expectations. I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for sports fans, casual dining, and anyone looking for a great place to watch the game with friends. See you there!

Unless you're standing or 7' tall you need a booster seat. Total goof up. At least get taller chairs if you're going to build an unusually tall bar top. The food menu looks amazing. However it was honestly super bland. Nuggets and chicken strips both just zero seasoning. $13 for three small bland chicken strips and bland tater tots. Just add Lawry's. Despite that, I do recommend the place as a fun place to go. Just would recommend maybe eating before then. Maybe get a table instead of sitting at the bar. Service was decent.

Parking was easy--there's a public lot behind the restaurant, plus a few spots out front and along the side of the building. It wasn't very busy when I arrived, which made for a relaxed visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Triston took my order and did a great job, and another employee (I didn't catch his name) walked me through the menu and offered suggestions, which I appreciated. I kept it simple and ordered the "All American" burger with a side house salad. My food came out quickly and was nice and hot. I also liked that they had a variety of housemade and regular condiments available, plus a pickle bar in the corner--which is a fun touch. The side salad was anything but basic. It was fresh, colorful, and vibrant--definitely a win if you're a visual eater like me. The balsamic vinaigrette paired well with it too. As for the burger, it was solid. I liked that they serve the veggie toppings on the side so you can customize it exactly how you want. Just a heads up: burgers are cooked medium by default unless you specify otherwise. Overall, everything tasted great, but the portion was pretty filling--I only made it through about half of my burger. Prices were reasonable as well: $11.50 for my burger and $4.50 for my side salad. I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu!

This isn't just "a little loud" -- it's often over 90 dB, which is nightclub-level volume. When it's that loud you cannot hear the person standing next to you without yelling. Teammates can't communicate, captains can't talk to players, and calling shots becomes ridiculous because no one can hear anything. Pool is a game that requires concentration and communication. When the music is blasting like a nightclub, it completely ruins the environment for the people who are actually there to play league. Unfortunately, the volume has reached a point where it's not just annoying -- it's unhealthy. Prolonged exposure to sound levels over 90 dB can cause hearing damage, and after dealing with it week after week I'm being forced to stop playing here because of the sound levels. It's incredibly frustrating to show up every week knowing you're going to spend the entire night yelling just to talk to your own teammates while also worrying about your hearing. Rack & Tap needs to decide what it wants to be -- a pool hall for league players or a nightclub with pool tables in the way -- because right now it's doing a poor job of being either.

The venue is designed to resemble a Prohibition-era speakeasy, with an entrance accessible through a rotary phone inside a red telephone booth (which actually works!). Our tour was led by Jamie, who shared his extensive knowledge as he guided us through the Prohibition Era alongside our concierge, Landon. The speakeasy features stunning floors made of 120-year-old Italian wood, beautifully decorated with art, books, and a selection of premium entertainment and spirits. Patrons can request "prescriptions," which are 2oz alcoholic shots inspired by the owner's grandfather, who was a pharmacist. Cocktails and friendly service was provided by Emma and Kyle, their services were a nod to Bob Ruede, RPB's renowned Intoxicologist, along with other award-winning bartenders recognized for their excellence in service and hospitality. Eric, the Cigar Attendant, is knowledgeable about how to properly enjoy an exceptional cigar experience.
