While the crowds were large, it was easy to move about the park, use toilets, and snag food without any horrendous lines. Everything from the tickets to the food seemed to be fairly priced. Fellow festival-goers appeared to be having a great time, as well! I would suggest the on-site camping to anyone that wants to keep the party going after 23:00 - with planned after-parties and silent discos. And even though Alesso, a headlining DJ, was a no-show, we were quite pleased with the remaining lineup (Deadmau5, Armin van Buren, Sam Feldt, etc). We'll definitely attempt another international trip to go back!

There are two main markets to visit around town: the Grote Markt (in front of the Belfort in the Market Square) and at Simon Stevinplein. They have since moved the ice skating rink down to the Minnewater Park on the Lake of Love which also includes a lively bar. You may also find the walking path of lights, Winter Glow, around the Minnewater Park. So much to do and so little time! In general, the whole town is bustling and bedecked in glittering, festive finery. The Grote Markt is especially active and contains more alcohol and food stalls/ chalets. Do not miss out on local food and drink specialties such as tartiflette (cheesy potatoes), shrimp croquettes, moules/ mussels, sausages, cheeses, vin chaud, chocolat chaud, and jenever. The Grote Markt felt a little more commercialized than the market in Simon Stevinplein which was more enclosed and fairytale-like. The Grote Markt was the best for finding food and a table to consume it at and the "Lake of Love" setup has a more alcohol focus, but certainly was not without food. The whole town in completely walkable therefore, a single day around Brugge during the holidays will be a most involved one.

Artwork by Nick Cave (visual/performance artist not musician) and Theo Mercier, and so much more. Art around every corner. A great experience and well worth the trip to Lille! Lille was never on my radar until this. I'd love to come back for the next Fantastic!

Great festival. Great music. Great atmosphere. Didn't get 5 stars because you have to pay to use…read morethe toilets (they weren't even clean! I've never had to pay for a toilet at any other festival). Also, you are required to purchase tickets to buy drinks and food, which is okay, but you're stuck with a ton of tickets after the festival which can't be used for anything! One of our group had to throw away about 100 dollars worth of tickets because he wasn't able to use them all. Another down thing about this festival is that they shut down the rooms which get full. Not so good when you book such popular artists like Knife Party, Disclosure, etc. The best highlights this year were Dillon Francis, Knife Party, Flosstradamus, Gesaffelstein, and Annie Mac. Thanks for a great time. We'll be back next year!

Always a phenomenal experience!! Once you've been to Tomorrowland, no other festivals can compare…read more Wear comfy shoes though as you will walk and dance a lot during the festival. Bring layers and a poncho, plus extra shoes or waterproof ones - in July, it can be extremely hot during the day with sporadic rain showers and it gets quite chilly at night. I was fortunate enough to have stayed in Montagoe ("glamping" area) this year, which was amazing - will definitely be aiming for a spot there again in the future. The mainstage burned down two days before weekend one this year and I am so impressed by how quickly they pulled together another stage - it was much smaller and nowhere near what the original would have been but at least there was a stage! My heart goes out to all those who worked on the stage, set design, and festival though because I've heard they start planning stage designs like two years in advance and it must be so hard to have watched this happen. I've met so many fantastic people from all over the world. Can't wait to return to this magical place again!

Only two words can accurately describe my recent experience attending Tomorrowland.. absolutely…read moreepic!!! Seriously.. it is a once in a lifetime experience for some, a several in a lifetime for those lucky enough, and a never-got-a-chance-to-do-it for most others. The attention to detail and love for the customer/festival-goer is second-to-none. I attended w my gf and we camped out for 3 days straight, attended workout class at their amazing outdoor gym, met people from aroud the world, walked 30k steps, ate incredible food and dancing our hearts out to world-class DJ's. Did my entire body feel completely beaten up afterwards? Yup. DId I spend way too much money? Sure did. Did I average 4 hours sleep each night? That is true. Would I do it all again? You betcha!! I highly recommend everyone attend at least once... you won't regret it (probability speaking that is).

You pay 7,50€ for a tiny snack. They do seem to get more expensive each year. As there is no alternative it's kindof a "lock in" thing. You can't bring in your own drinks either, so you once you are in you're burning money faster as your ex can spend it. It is tasty, but hugely overpriced. Because there isn't a real alternative (the "fries shop" also charges 3x normal prices) people accept this but it isn't right. When I stood in queue for ice-cream I thought I was going to pay 2,5€ per scoop as well (a "credit" costs 2,5€) but they were the only one's charging HALF a credit. Very very nice.

It was a good variety fair with excellent atmosphere. Not that great variety of food but really excellent for drinking. I would suggest if you have kids under 10, they would especially love.
