I asked about my 3:00PM appointment that I created online and was told that the online appointments are for phlebotomy only. I tried calling before making the appointment online but their phone system is an automated loop with no human beings ever answering the phone. The online appointment was a waste of time. Employer drug testing is walk in only so buckle up for an extended wait. Choose some place else because this place is a clown show.

Bottom line: they are a greedy -family owned lab company who runs their phlebotomy technicians in the ground , mostly they hire people who have sub par standards to which they can manipulate and slave run into the ground, no respect or integrity to be held, a company that constantly changes things as they go, the people there are miserable but won't speak up in fear of losing their income. to effectively run a company you need to take care of your workers, the very people who make the job/mission run smoothly.
