The team at Niblack defines what great catering looks like. It's hard to imagine a group more talented anywhere on the Oregon Coast, or frankly in Portland or the state all together. From the beginning, it was clear they were committed to helping crate an experience. They immediately grasped my vision, offered valuable input, and executed to a standard that far exceeded expectations. Their skill and thoughtfulness showed up everywhere. Carefully curated local food that was delicious and memorable (for all the right reasons!). Prepared, timed, served, and presented to perfection. Bar service: distinctive but not distractingly eccentric (no bottlenecks too). Decor and vibe: super elegant yet super accessible. When guests entered, they were awed and felt like they were going to be part of something special from the moment they stepped into the venue.
