Right on the main strip in Seaside, this place was pretty busy on a Saturday around 5pm. The food and drinks came out fast though! Nothing super fancy, but an interesting menu! Prices are normal for Seaside, but high relatively speaking. Think $5 tacos and $18 burritos. $17 guacamole app. I was not complaining when we got the free chips, salsa, and bean dip! Yummy! All three solid! Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita was damn good!! It could have had a better rim! We shared Dos Amigos, which was perfect to have nothing left over. Steak was pretty good - shrimp were tasty - we chose the garlic option (Al mojo de ajo) I loved the roasted pepper, poblano maybe? Food was meh. The meat itself was good but enchilada and rice and beans needed more flavor. Took forever to get seated. We've been here many times and love the food. We try to order something different each time. This time I ordered the charcoal grilled skirt steak and it was the best steak I have ever had in my life. The combination of the flavor and tenderness just makes me want more. I'll be going back a soon as I can for more and ordering it again. Was super looking forward to this place as it had a decent amount of reviews. Sadly I won't be one of them. We sat at the bar which was small, and the bartender was aloof at best. One of my guests asked which is your favorite margarita and he literally stared at here and after awkward 30+ seconds said I don't drink. Ok then. The place was packed but our server was very attentive to our basket of chips and salsa and our drink refills. Dinner was delicious. We got the shredded beef flautas and cheese enchiladas suizas. Incredible visit to Una Ves Mas last night. My wife and I were visiting the area for the king tides and we made a day of it. My wife stated that there were about six Mexican restaurants in Seaside, but she picked the best. It is easy to understand why the overall rating is 4 1/2 stars. We arrived early, 4:30 as we were driving back to Hillsboro afterwards. By 6:00 Una Ves Mas was extremely busy and the crowd was coming in. We started with a La Paloma. Very refreshing Margarita with the grapefruit soda added. My wife had the Vegetarian Enchiladas and I had the Pork Tamales Rojas Plate. They were so good. We were impressed with our server Aurelio. He knew the menu extensively, knew what was vegetarian and he was extremely friendly and engaging. We would definitely recommend Una Ves Mas, and will return. read more

The food here was decent with the chimi's being nicely crisped and the taquitos tasty. My wife did pull a bone out of the chicken taquitos. Service was pretty lacking. No welcome, waiter dropped by to take the order and drop the check. Another person delivered the food. No refills. Waitstaff were all sitting in a booth not paying attention to anyone. My wife and I are full time residents of Seaside and until now have enjoyed eating at Una Ves Mas 3 -4 times a month, all year around for a couple of years. Living just a few blocks from downtown, there are many restaurants that are in walking distance so a change in destination will be easy. This week we ordered our usual Mexican meal including a classic margarita. We noticed the new higher pricing with almost all menu items increasing a couple dollars in price! Our total bill increased $10 over what it has always been and we decided it is time to change our dining habits. Don't get me wrong, I understand costs have increased and Una Ves Mas is good but now, its prices are way too expensive for us seniors on a fixed income to spend over $75 including tip for chicken fajitas and a Margarita. Until you offer a lower priced senior menu, you won't see us again. Good luck, I can't afford you anymore. read more

The restaurant is right off of Broadway and very small inside. The lady who took my order wasn't friendly or welcoming. They weren't very busy but she looked mad and seemed annoyed. Fresh homemade tortilla chips and fresh salsa, great flavor and the perfect amount of heat. Service was excellent! Reading the past reviews about the food not being seasoned or needing salt, I think those patrons are wrong or maybe aren't well versed in Mexican food. The service as well lived up to all expectations, with the waiters being not only so welcoming but also understanding of our large group of 8.
