The issues were never resolved and Graham Realty worked around it by having a second contractor write a statement that they had done all they could to fix it. Once the purchase went through, we found a huge 12x24 inch hole in the drywall where a bathroom light fixture was retired and the hole was covered with a large mirror. The only reason I found it, was I replaced the mirror to a more appropriate sized one. The doorknobs were replaced but with a smaller size, leaving cracks around the knobs. The floors were originally hardwood and in the great room they removed only half of the flooring before covering it with laminate. This left a huge ridge down the middle of the room. They had removed a gas fireplace and just left the gas pipe sticking out of the floor without a cap. The paint used in one of the bathrooms literally peeled from the wall in sheets because it wasn't primed correctly. Only half of the window blinds were replaced with new ones. They painted everything white and called it a "whole home renovation ". But the icing on the cake was when we did our final inspection with our realtor the day before closing, the entire property had been stripped of anything metal. The burn barrel was gone, the hardware for the screen porch door was gone, even the damn doorbell was pulled off. It looked like someone had tried to pull one of the metal porch supports loose but luckily it held. The bottom line is NEVER trust this company to do the honorable thing. The only reason we bought the property was for the acreage and location.
