Excellent customer service, friendly knowledgeable. Raheem came over and he explained everything and answered my questions. Service tech 'Mitchell' Hope that's right, was excellent. Knowledgeable,Cleaned up. Discussed and explained how to use everything. I recommended Culligan in Cambridge , to my neighbour for a water softener. Good prices, shorter plans. Culligan covers it all, service calls included and they are clear and straight forward with their information and plans! Great job and team! read more

I had John come in to do a tap installation in my bathroom and kitchen. He was quick to respond to…read moremy Yelp request for a quote (on a Sunday). His prices were also better than the other plumbers who responded to my quote request. It turned out that the kitchen tap I purchased would not fit (I had a feeling it was not going to work). He removed the old kitchen tap, which was what I was having trouble with, and gave me some tips on how to install the new tap once I found one that fit. He then installed the bathroom tap and provided some other advice relating to the bathroom sink. He did not charge me for the kitchen tap installation. I found a kitchen tap that fit, and it is now installed and working great thanks to John. I will call him if I need any plumbing in the future. I recommend John L Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for your plumbing needs.

1. Never rings the door bell? 2. Used Covid as a excuse once? 3. Used the condition of my house once? 4. Only time he did his job is when he sees you on the front of your property, then he is angry he has to do his job. 5. Once he said "Now I am giving you 2 bags of salt", would he treat a white man like this? 6. Last time, the manager agreed with us that they should bring the salt in the basement and service the system. 7. Now this time there is STILL a note in his truck NOT TO DO HIS JOB HERE !!!! 8. Now, Tina says "He looked through the window" and decided conditions not good, that is how your driver makes a decision? OR was there was a note in the truck? Which one Tina.
