They called and told me they were 10 minutes away, I appreciated the heads up on when they'd arrive. The two workers were polite and tidy. They let me know what was going on and got it fixed fast. They did a last check and weren't satisfied with what they found. They stayed till it was right. I complimented the workers on ensuring the job was done right. The guy said "we wouldn't leave till we know it's right." That might seem to make sense, but I've had workers "fix" something, only to find it wasn't really fixed. Your company is staying in my contacts! I hope I don't need you for a while, but when I do, I know you'll get it right.

I lost the picture and I called the service department. The service person was out doing home install, She gave me his phone number so I could text him. No reply. I called back in a couple of days. That person let me know the repair guy was doing home installs. He would make certain I would receive a call. No call. Karl's has changed the service department for repairs into home install. If there is not repair for items purchased, I can buy the discount product at any big box and dispose the item when a problem occurs. Karl's has shown that service is not important after the sale.

It was delivered and they told us we have the wrong size gas adapter for this stove so we would have to get a plumber to put the correct adapter in (this is a Friday). Our salesman, Brad didn't tell us anything about that. The delivery guys left and then my husband realized the oven has not been put together. My husband called Mike from Karl's to see what he can do for us because now we have a stove sitting in the middle of our kitchen that is new but not operable and Mike won't do anything to help us.
