Was relaxing by the pool the other day, and struck up some conversation with a young life guard named Sam. He was very knowable about the facilities, and talked to me about the goings on of the place. At the same time being very attentive to those who were swimming. The staff here is A W F U L if you have an issue. I cannot stress this enough. There is no doubt this place is affordable for a day pass, has lots of really unique aquatic activities, and pools for kids and adults. That being said, that cannot equate to....no customer can have a legitimate issue that needs a professional mature staff to come to a fair solution. We called before we came, told them we had 4 kids and were only interested in the diving board-was it open(because the outdoor pool was closed) and what time did it close. We were going to get there at 5 and they closed at 9. We got off the phone and debated if 4 hours was enough time to spend for the entire day pass. $60 total. There were 6 of us. We finally decided after much deliberation on the matter, that 4 hours was borderline worth it but ok. After being there for 45 minutes they tell us that not only are the diving boards closing for aerobics classes, but the entire middle half of the pool is as well. Which also included the deep end. I had older teens with me. The rest of the pool was kiddie pool depths. So we were going to have to exit for an HOUR for these classes. So now we are down to 3 hours of pool time and would NOT have spent the $60. I make the kids get out and I go to the front. A manager:ABBEY MALLARD comes out and admits this was their issue and fault and she will get with a higher manager and discuss free day passes for the next day. Which would have been fair. So we go back to the pool room to wait on her. Her 1st trip back was-she talked to the manager and thought she could do 4 day passes but we pay for 2 tomorrow. Not the full day passes we wanted but fair. She goes back to talk to manager again and comes back saying now it is down to 2 day passes and we pay for 4 tomorrow. I said that's not right. You already admitted this was y'alls fault. She said I will go back and let her know but I'll leave these two day passes here and come back and let you know what she says. We sat cold and wet for 45 more minutes before my sister said, she's not coming back and we aren't getting more than the 2 day passes AND we are throwing away more time we paid for today just sitting and waiting on her. So I let the boys back in the pool. When we finally left I stopped by the office to ask for her and SHE HAD GONE HOME FOR THE NIGHT! Knowing the left us sitting there waiting to hear from her. So I kindly (calm tone but obvi they're not going to like what I had to say) said I was going to be leaving reviews for this place. Ppl deserve to know the kind of ppl who are running it and what WILL happen IF there's a problem. I didn't even get to tell them my son sliced his toe on the jet to the whirlpool because I was going to tell her when she came back. Just so they could fix it before someone needed stitches. While I was informing the man of the "reviews I was going to leave as well as opening a BBB claim and to pls let the managers know-They're the ones who handled this wrong, not you guys but pls pass it on" my son informs me the girl to my side is rolling her eyes the entire time. So, because it has amazing reviews online and IS a fun place for kids, that ANY one with an issue must just be an impossible customer? Like its impossible for something to go wrong? That's arrogance. "1 of those customers" is how you'll be treated if you have a sincere issue. It just amazes me that I didn't use ANY "supplies" or cost them any money besides the toilets we flushed, we only swam for 45 minutes, and they admitted it was on them for incorrect information, and would still allow SIX ppl to have this first impression and treat them this way and let us be walking billboards. We would have been repeat customers for life. That's so ignorant! It WAS a place worth going with ur kids. That level of thinking amazes me. The staff RUINS this place for me. If you can go and manage to have zero issues, then they will smile and treat you amazing. Just pray ur kids toe doesn't get sliced off or you get told incorrect info because they will NOT make their mistakes right. read more

Does not appreciate members. More interest in their selves. Members were told they can only swim from 4:30 am to 7 am on Fri and Sat Pay almost 60 dollars a month and not allowed to use facilities. Swim team is from 7 am to 9 am daily. Let the kids get up and swim early. The rest are older or work for a living. Kids do not care plus they are rude. Gym is filthy. Having everyone use the same towel??? Last September old blood was down one shower stall for 2 weeks. I brought bleach from home and cleaned it. Poop in the shower drain where a mom let her kid poop in the shower. Probably is still there. Have you mopped the bathroom floors in last year and a half? Pool staff were absolutely rude to the one lady the other day. We pay to use the pool and the gym. It is not a gift. You will soon have no customers. The other gyms are clean and not rude. They are following the CDC guidelines. You may want to think of where it stays open from. Yep, Old people and those who come daily. Stop being rude and clean the place up. Follow the guidelines. Nasty towels being reused. The trainers are not cleaning after their people. If not paying a trainer you are dirt in their eyes. Trainers are not very good there so go online. That spray is awful and does not work. I looked it up. It is not for that type of use. You are putting our health at risk. Who needs to breathe that mess if it is not working. Nasty attitudes and environment. You have more employees in the parking lot than guests. Think about that. read more

Me and my family got here around 3pm so decided to only buy the pink arm bands for outside swimming since they close at 6pm. Well after only being here close to an hour it started to thunder so we were made to get out. Need I remind you we paid $40 to get in, so I spoke with the head lifeguard asking if we could go inside and was told no not unless we purchase an additional band @ $5 a piece. They close at 6pm so why would I want to spend even more money? I asked if he could at least give us a ticket to come back at another time since I have spent so much money and we are not getting to swim. He said no he did not have the authority to make that decision. I asked to speak with someone higher up and was given a phone number for a lady named Dian but she's out of the office and will not be back in until Monday. I got absolutely nowhere and spent $40 for less than an hour of swimming. This is the first time my family has been here and to think that we were discussing buying a membership to this place. The employees were nice but I will gladly spend my money else where if a management person doesn't contact me back and make this right. It's now almost 5pm now and we are still just sitting here waiting to swim... several people are here with season passes for outside and they can't swim...its ridiculous that they won't even offer and type of future discount, let us swim inside, or anything.... Not a member here (thank goodness) and had never previously visited before, but we were in town and my kids wanted to swim so I found this place online and called ahead to ask if they specifically had a diving board because that is ALL my kids wanted to do was play on a diving board somewhere. The woman put me on hold to ask someone else so as to make SURE it was going to be available and for how long. She came back to the phone and said there was for sure a diving board and it was available until closing. So we packed up and headed that way. Paid $60 at the front desk for us all to get in and in less than one hour of swimming they kicked us out of the pool area that had the diving board due to aerobics classes. When I TOLD them ahead of time that's all my kids were interested in!!! We would NOT have paid $60 to swim for less than an hour. When we approached a manager about it she was very reluctant to even consider any sort of refund or day pass for the next day. That's all we actually wanted. We didn't want our money back. We were just going to leave and come back the next day if she would give us a day pass since we were misinformed about the diving board. She said she would have to call a higher up manager and see what could be done. Long story short we sat out of the pool wrapped in towels doing nothing for over an hour waiting on her to come back and forth from speaking with a manger to resolve the issue. Which was never resolved!! She presented us with two day passes and expected the rest of all of us (4 others) to have to pay another full days admission. When I was unwilling to accept that and wanted her to speak with her manager again she said she would and to hold on and then left us there to wait for an hour. She never did come back for us so we went to the front desk to see what was going on and they said she left and locked up her office!! REALLY?! Just ignore us and leave?! I can't believe they are willing to lose so much business from potential new customers. I have kids. My sister has kids. We would have brought our kids up here during the summers but they wanted to fight and squabble over a day pass. When it was THEIR mistake. She even admitted it was their fault but refused to make it right. Me and my sister are walking billboards and will inform anyone in our radius how horrible their customer service is and we will never spend a dime here again. Bad business to lose so much potential earnings over something that would not have cost you any money. We didn't want our money back! Just a rain check for the next day.
