They were amazing throughout everything. Judith, the head nurse, had excellent communication.- contacting me consistently after she visited with my mother. Bob was a pastor who saw my mom regularly, which we all appreciated and also had great communication.. Gloria and Louis also did a good job with our mother. There was a clerk over at the self checkout fiddling with the bags. He saw the line at our register, and the clerk at our register also saw the backed up line. I've had to learn there is always a piece missing and everyone is just the messenger until they stop listening to your message. I know how customers can become noise... I get it they see us at our worse time. From the start their nurses and supply lady helped me get through it and I will overcome this bump in my road because of their support in my recovery. I'm sure many of them do not get told how much their job matters and the extra time and effort they put towards people in need really matters when no one else is listening. It matters because sometimes it can be the last string after a week of struggles. I'm gonna be okay... please always go above and beyond for others too. It doesn't happen often without a lot of stressful events and circumstances that get to you. I know we aren't always easy to work with, usually that is fear of the unknown driving that bus. I have met a lot of medical staff in my chronic illness years and the majority just try to do their job the best that they can with the tools and resources that they are given. I know that there are also just some bad staff out there and companies can't control that until they hear from their clients. I have no doubt that these guys would hear if someone needed someone to listen. They helped me overcome several challenges with my ileostomy and then helped me with a supply issue after I asked to be discharged because the insurance does not pay unless I was homebound and I am doing pretty well now thanks to the confidence they helped me find. I will use them for my future needs.

ExpressScripts didn't notify her till the last minute they couldn't fill the prescription and told her to find a pharmacy that had it then screwed around transferring it to Walgreen's. If the pharmacists hadn't called at least three times in 24 hours she would have missed her medicine for days while waiting on the cardiology office to write another prescription. We can't use Walgreens routinely but they always come through when ExpressScripts can't.
