Much better quality and better prices than the particleboard stuff that even places like Anthropologie sell now. They always have a gorgeous selection of art and especially mirrors, pieces by local artists, plus soaps, lotion, and packaged food and drink mixes from local New Hampshire artisans. Also a great mix of clothing, jewelry, and gifts. I've gotten some beautiful and one of a kind lamps, glassware, and big pieces of furniture here. They're constantly bringing in new inventory so it's always exciting to visit and see what's new.

They were offered $500.00 for a carpet that had been appraised at $18,000.00 a few years ago. They have been a repected dealer in the Monadnock (NH) region for many years. What a pleasant surprise that the staff at the Bedford New Hampshire store let me treasure hunt and find this awesome chandelier!! The logistics manager Dean showed me that its paperwork shows that it used to be a display in the old, closed down Ethan Allen that is literally over the town line on the street I live on. I guess it wanted to come home. The designer Verlie was very nice to me and didn't make me feel like a scavenger for discount shopping. The Ethan Allen company could learn a lot from this location.
