edited: now he's harassing people that i have referred to noel's. he found her place of work and posted on their business page. this guy is out of control sadly this is no longer the place to go. when noel's was in control the trees were top notch. they lasted for a while. they were bought this year by north pole trees and are buying trees that must have been cut down ages ago. this one is dropping needles like crazy. we paid $85 for our tree that's supposed to be a 7' tree. it's barely 6'. not only is it a pain but a dry tree is a dangerous fire hazard. it's sad to see such a great thing go down hill. the only option from them is to bring it back for a new one! it's fully decorated. no thanks. going elsewhere next year. i should have gotten a full refund or a partial one at the very least. sadly another family business gone down the crapper. editing to say that the owner called me back to tell me to remove my review. i told him no and he asked to talk to my husband because he wants to talk "man to man". they offered "to see what they could do for me" if i came to the nashua office with my receipt. when he called back he claimed to have offered a full refund and a free tree. liar. male chauvinist liar!

We have always gotten our trees late and this year we struggled to find any good trees. Others we called could not even be bothered to even answer if they were open or had trees because they had very few left. We took a chance and it was very worth it. Lots of quality assortments but most important was the people who were so friendly and kind. It was a wonderful experience and we got a lovely 9-10 foot tree. They shook the needles off and had netting for large trees. Heading back next year! Thanks guys you made our day. Happy holidays!

Went with the family 11-24. Beautiful cut your own trees, kissing balls, wreaths..., petting zoo. Have been boing for the past 3 years and had to debunk some of these other reviews.

They were able to pick it up the next day and did warn me they were about a week behind. Very happy with the service. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the price is a bit high, but it did include pick up and drop off.

My husband, after performing the maintenance on our mower and having it still not start, brought it to Outdoor Power for help. They told him that since he did the maintenance it shouldn't take long to fix it, and it would probably take about a week. Two weeks later we received a call that the carburetor was broken and we needed a new blade, which would take about 3-5 days. Slightly annoyed that it already took an extra week for that call, we understood (being in customer service ourselves) that sometimes things happen and we would wait the 3-5 days. Fast forward and we still heard nothing. My husband finally called up again after two weeks and we were told they were waiting for the blade to arrive from Husqvarna. They said they would follow up with us on when the blade would arrive but never called back. My husband then called the following Saturday seeking an update and was told that there was an issue with Husqvarna and some of the crates never showed up and they were fighting with Husqvarna to get it resolved. My husband called again this past Saturday and we were told they were still waiting on the blade, but had to wait for Aaron Nickerson, service manager, to give us a call back and advise us on the situation. Aaron did call my husband on Monday and said it was out of his control and that my husband should take the initiative to call Husqvarna and complain about Nashua Outdoor Power's order to escalate our situation. At that point a loaner mower was offered to us with no guarantee this mower would be done in time, which my husband declined because we had ordered a blade off of Amazon at that point and it was arriving today. In customer service, why is it the customer's responsibility to escalate your issue? It is very disappointing that this is what was explained as a way to solve our problem after it was clearly being escalated. It is not our problem to solve your distribution issues. Shouldn't that be Aaron's job as the service manager for your company? It took over 6 weeks to get our mower back, my husband ordered a blade to see what would happen and it took a week to arrive to our home. In 6 weeks, what do you think our lawn looks like? It amazes me it took 6 weeks to even be offered the loaner. It cost $180 to get this all repaired and done. The best you could do was $20 off to save the customer. To boot, when the mower was handed over to us, you had placed a large decal of your company on our mower without asking our permission to do so. What makes you think this would be okay after 6 weeks of waiting and clearly the customer wasn't happy? Now we have the annoyance of using all of our goo gone to take this off. We went to your company expecting a premium service, and your service was completely unacceptable. We'll be looking to ordering our parts from Amazon going forward and hiring the neighborhood serviceman to do the work.

I put off writing this review for a while because I was actually waiting for ALL of my furniture to…read morebe delivered. That's because the couch set we wanted (which is f**king lovely, btw) was on backorder for 6 weeks. Still, it was totally worth the wait! This triple level furniture store is jam packed with just about everything one needs to decorate their house with the finest upholstery, bedding, tables, chairs, etc that money can buy. And before you ask, yes....they have elevators. The funny thing is when we walked in, initially looking for a new living room couch set, we ended up also finding arguably the best kitchen dining set we've ever seen. At least, for us. All in all, we ended up spending like 4 grand, but it was worth it. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. They didn't have us pay for everything all at once either, since each set had to be delivered on separate occasions. Basically, we just paid for the stuff as it was being delivered. Actually though, the prices seem fair enough. If you have old furniture for them to take away, they charge an additional fee for that based on the number of pieces that need to go. There is, however, one admonition about this that still irks the shit out of me.. It seems that either, a.) The management isn't telling their movers that old furniture needs to be extracted from the home prior to the delivery taking place. Or, b.) The movers are really lazy and apparently don't want to take ANYONE'S old stuff. So, they enter in with the mentality of, "No, we're not taking that"...until you point out to them that they are literally being PAID to remove the old furniture. After a bit of back-n-forth, they'll eventually (reluctantly?) do it. Just be firm, keep all your receipts, and it should go just fine. None of this is really a deal breaker for me, but it's just annoying. I mean, is it THAT foreign of a concept that customers will want their old furniture removed? Because I'm fairly certain that upgrading furniture is a pretty common thing amongst consumers. I....I just don't understand why any mover would take issue with this, so long as they are being monetarily compensated. I had two separate deliveries, as mentioned. And BOTH times, with two different moving teams, they initially went in with the belief that they were not removing any old furniture. It's just weird and I'm not quite sure if it's a breakdown in communication with their bosses, or just sheer laziness. One guy even grunted as he was moving a small piece of the couch, which....wasn't all that heavy. Despite all that nonsense, what matters most is the furniture itself and the store's selection. Both are on point. I highly recommend this place as a go-to for your furniture needs, along with the aforementioned caveats to all present and future customers.
