I struggled with my meds and there was no follow up for an appointment before they ran out. when they did, I couldn't get anyone on the phone at first. I finally got an appointment after being told that someone at the office would try to get me a prescription filled in the meantime and it didn't happen. So next time I called I was told Id be given 7 pills till my appointment. They never sent the prescription to the pharmacy and the only thing keeping me from harming myself was the 2 pills the pharmacist gave me to help me. But I've now had to stop short on my meds and make it 7 days till my appointment. this is very dangerous, I don't think this office knows what they are doing when it comes to mental health.

When I asked how I was scheduled for a Saturday appointment in the first place and whether this was a new policy, I was simply told "no" and given an apology. I explained that I had taken time off work and that I urgently needed to see a doctor, but despite their mistake, they refused to make any effort to accommodate me or correct the situation. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the office took no responsibility and showed very little concern for the inconvenience and stress they caused. A patient looking for medical care should not be treated this way. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values communication, reliability, and respect for their time.
