By 7:44, no one had showed up. I texted to ask if they were still coming, no response. It's now almost 8:30pm and they still haven't responded. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again. They're efficient, knowledgeable, professional and always extremely pleasant from the moment I walk in the door. I'm in and out of the store extremely fast every time and I truly can't speak highly enough of the two of them. There is parking in front but it can fill up pretty quickly and people often drive in and out the incorrect way so just be cautious. The store is open Saturday which is very helpful and it's also open surprisingly late other days as well. This is my number 1 choice for mail services.
