This review is long overdue... I've been coming here for the two years I have lived in the neighborhood and KEVIN and ALEX have been incredible from day one. They're efficient, knowledgeable, professional and always extremely pleasant from the moment I walk in the door. I'm in and out of the store extremely fast every time and I truly can't speak highly enough of the two of them. There is parking in front but it can fill up pretty quickly and people often drive in and out the incorrect way so just be cautious. The store is open Saturday which is very helpful and it's also open surprisingly late other days as well. This is my number 1 choice for mail services. read more

I have never had any bad experiences since going here the past two years.All of the personell have been nothing but exemplary especially today with Alex who is always very courteous, quick and efficient. Parking: There's a free lot in the front. The spaces can be pretty tight, but people are in and out pretty frequently so I've never had an issue getting a spot. Experience: I've been coming here for the past year mostly to do Amazon returns and the guys that work there are nice and FAST. I rarely have to wait in line and while I can't speak on shipping things, all my return experiences have been very efficient. read more

This is my go-to UPS store!! The guys that work there are all so kind and are very patient with me and other customers when we need a bit extra time. Sometime there's a line out the door but most postal service stores typically do during high traffic times. There is 30-min parking in the lot, which makes it easy to pop in and out. Sometimes the spaces feel a little tight but hey, it's still free lot parking! Also, they are open until 7pm, which is amazing for last minute errands after work. Dropped off a package yet again to send back to AMAZON inside the box that it came in. It was a shower cabinet that I had to take apart and put back into the box in which it came. And one of the employees who happens to be black, wearing a winter shirt bald head. Pursuit at tell me that I need to take the item out of the box even though it's a shower county but I had to disassemble in order to send back to AMAZON. In the box in which it came in. I don't care what they think the store policy is, but it's not OK with me that they continue to do this, including myself however, my package comes in as how I like to return it back to AMAZON. I ceased to really need my mailbox but I continue to use it just because the staff are so friendly, cheerful and accommodating. Terrible place. Do not come here, l went there on Monday around 6pm and the line was very long and only one employee working.

I made an appointment online for a notary, and it was confirmed. I even got a reminder message earlier that day. I went in at my scheduled time, and the notary tells me that he doesn't have his journal with him so he can't notarize anything. I told him that I signed up online and got confirmation, but he said online is not really updated and then proceeded to ignore me and walked over to a customer who had just walked in the door - he did not even apologize or anything. Just acted like it was no big deal. Terrible customer service!! UPDATE: I have emailed the store, as per their response here, but have not received any further communication. read more

The owner of the shop does not allow her employees to use the air conditioner putting them in in a dangerous predicament. Sure, as a customer it's unpleasant to have to deal with the heat, but I can go right back into my air-conditioned car, her employees don't have that luxury and are forced to work a long shift in dangerous conditions; we have had a heat wave warning for over a week that doesn't end till tomorrow... Even when the heat wave ends we are still dealing with high temperatures. OSHA has laws regarding safe workplace environments, while there's nothing specific about air conditioning, "A business must provide employees a workplace that is free from recognizable hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious harm." Extreme temperatures are definitely a recognizable hazard, it would be hard to argue otherwise when Los Angeles County seems to think so as well. This is abusive behavior towards your labor, and it's simply unconscionable considering the property has an AC, but you've made a premeditated choice to not use it. I suspect UPS corporate would also not be happy to know they're being represented this way. Your AC should be on in the summer. Your employees deserve better! read more

Do not come here! The line is almost always out the door! This morning I literally waited 52 minutes just to do one Amazon return. People started leaving and the one employee that was there apologized and told us he has talked to the owner multiple times about scheduling more than one worker during the holidays but she has constantly refused stating that it is just "not necessary." I can't believe how inconsiderate and stingy the owner is to only employ one person during the holidays! Poor guy, he looked so stressed and overwhelmed. read more

Decent place, and close by. I don't often ship via UPS, but it's good to have a place close by for those times that I do. The people there are friendly. It is a bit small, and can get a line outside at times, causing a long wait. But other than that, they are super! read more

Do not do business with this location. They are a franchise and use their own rules, they are not complying with UPS practices. When the shipper rerouted a package to this location, they fraudulently held it hostage until I paid them a holding fee which was never communicated in any form. read more

He made the start of my day brighter by his smile & positive attitude. It reminded me how something as easy as a smile & a thank you can really impact people. Horrible service as this was my first visit to the store. If you like service or somewhere where people acknowledge you then go somewhere else. I walked in 10 minutes before the store was closing and the lady was to busy counting her till in front of me. "I asked where do you want me to wait". The lady answered "I will be with you in a minute". Then another women just cuts in front of me and she helps her. I still haven't been asked what do I need help with? Finally the lady ask me "is it for a drop off". Now it 6:55pm and "no it's not for a drop off I need help getting a package shipped." She let me know that I had to get my packages in by 6:30pm. The website says 7pm closing time and nowhere does it say package delivery time. I also tried called trice but no one answered. I said I would try to do it on my phone and get it printed on their printer for the slip. The lady said ok but she was too busy running around trying to close the store to help me. I said "forget this and walked out". No way am I going to trust my package here. All she had to do was stop counting the money and help me for five minutes. I will never return here. read more

Warning! This place is a scam. I took in a form to be notarized in order to get a birth certificate. The "notary" had no idea what he was doing. No fingerprint, no date. Because he f***** up the form, putting "Los Angeles" where THE DATE was supposed to be, the form got kicked back and now my baby doesn't have a birth certificate. When I returned to UPS to get it fixed, they pretended it never happened because "we don't do notaries." When I showed them proof that they did, they said, "Oh, he quit." When I asked for a refund they pretended that they couldn't get ahold of their manager. I called my credit card company to stop the payment to these crooks. read more

Honestly they should know how to properly put customers on hold on the phone. Every time I call I'm never muted or put on a proper hold, but hear everything going on in the background. Please learn how topic someone on hold using the "hold" button. Yes I understand that they are busy each day shipping packages -- but when a customer calls in with questions rebar their mailbox, that customer has just as much a place in line to be served as everyone standing in the physical line. We all know holiday shipping is the most overwhelming and stressful time. But the lines were out the door and only ONE person working!! That is ridiculous and very unprofessional to not only the customers, but that employee. You have great employees there, treat them with respect just like you should be treating your customers. New review for a new staff and also just found out the owner doesn't let them turn on the AC even during the heat wave which I believe is employee abuse. There's also a newer guy there who helps his friends first and is ill-mannered. I'm assuming because I'm of a different race and he's rude to my husband too. Came here to return something to Amazon and it's so convenient. No need to find a box, label, or pay anything. Just bring the product and make sure you processed the return online at Amazon and got the QR code for UPS to scan. Was in there for 30 sec. They give you a receipt that you dropped off the product. Super fast and easy. Parking lot that is free and some eateries nearby too. read more

Today I went to the UPS store in Venice in Motor to drop off two packages to return to Amazon and there. I see a note on the door saying we're not accepting Amazon packages today.. so when I go inside and asked the guy why aren't you accepting Amazon packages he says because we're not packing them today I'm like OMG are you serious right now?. so I contacted AMAZON to let them know what was going on and eat themselves couldn't understand why they wouldn't accept my packages and ship them off back to their fulfillment center. So the UPS store in Venice and Motor are rude condescending belligerent, and disrespectful. They need to change the narrative in their minds because they're not gonna get very far in life unless they do. read more

I want to give this place 5 stars because I have never had any issues with dropping of return packages here but the parking lot can be brutal. The employees are nice and you can literally just walk in and drop off your package in the drop off area and walk out unless you need a receipt. I used to be worried about not getting a receipt but I never have had a problem. I would maybe get a receipt for something crazy expensive but in general I trust this place since I have no reason not to. The parking lot sucks and everyone in this area knows this, but you can park on the other side by the liquor store if your quick in and out and there is more room and you dont get trapped going the one way to Motor. read more

I'm writing this for one reason: to offset the only other review being a bullshit one star. I came here just to drop off a package. I had a shipping label already and I needed to send some top secret spy documents off to headquarters. Or were they my health insurance forms? I forget. Anyway, what I DO remember is the guy working was super cool. I didn't want my spy documents or health insurance forms getting all mangled so I was looking at the different envelope options they had for sale. A few bucks was the average for something sturdy enough to protect my contents. The dude working could have taken my $3 or whatever, but when he realized it was just some paperwork he tossed me one from under the counter. "This should work man, and it's free." Free is always better, thank YOU sir for not taking the opportunity to take my money even if it was only a few bucks. He went back to trying to help some dude fit a flatscreen TV in a box, I left with my documents on their way, and all my cash was in my pocket. Good visit! read more
