They advertised a free scoop of ice cream for veterans. So when I inquired about that at the drive through window the girl told me (we don't do that) her exact words. I spoke with the manager and he said (it looks like you're not getting your scoop of ice cream) End of conversation. I'm 65 and have never been treated like that before. Ok I love Culver's-- however this time, they forgot my order.... I ordered a strawberry/bananas sundae. So I had go up to the counter and point out that they forgot me. Then on top of it, the ice cream was half melted and then they purée the bananas like baby food. It was like they did not want to find more bananas. Restaurant review Danville is not a food mecca by any means, but you can only eat at Buen Apetito so many times before having to switch to another random chain restaurant on N Vermillion. I decided to stop by for a quick lunch. The restaurant is located in a busy section or road so getting into the parking lot requires some patience. Otherwise, food was very easy to order. No wait time. I had the classic mushroom and swiss burger here. After getting my drink, it was only 2 minutes before getting my burger. It was defiantly fresh, but very thin on the patty and only 2 mushrooms. It felt like eating a burger off the dollar menu at McDonald. Oh well, it is fast food after all. The size of the fries was ample and larger than the ones in Champaign. Overall disappointed about the burger. Fresh, but not enough toppings. Pros: Butterburgers! Frozen custard. Fast service. Ample parking lot Cons: 2 mushrooms on a mushroom and swiss burger. Come on you can do better than that. Hidden deals: Sign up for the e-club on the website to get a free treat with purchase on your birthday. In the past they ran a BOGO basket when you signed up. Holy Cow! Placed order! Employees arguing, cook throwing food and then throwing it towards the ladies behind counter. Ordered multiple burgers and EVERY ONE WAS SCREWED UP WHEN WE GOT HOME. This was my first time at a Culver's. We were greeted at the door and told "thank you for coming" as we left by a very friendly staff. This location appears to be fairly new and is a nice and clean facility. The food was very good! I had a bacon deluxe burger along with a scoop of their vanilla frozen custard. I was appalled by the disrespectful  cashier who packaged my food, but was more sickened when the store Manager's behavior was even more indignant.  I asked for my order to be packaged in two separate bags. When that wasn't done, I re-asked the cashier for it to be done, and because she acted like that was a problem, I showed her the receipt where it clearly stated separate packaging.  Instead of taking care of the customer, she coped a disrespectful tone, words and body language, giving me enough pause that I asked for a Manager.  The Manager turned up her attitude before I could even start speaking and I experienced an even worse fit of anger from her. I am baffled that either of these women are employed in a customer service role.  When I reminded her that she was speaking to a paying customer, she went off, used the "f" word, angrily threw my food in the bag, and walked away as I was talking to her. We went here the other day and thought it was great. The burgers were good and the service is by far the best of any fast food place.

I was very disappointed when I visited this Culver's and learned that they do not have a veggie burger like other locations. :(

The food and service here are outstanding for the price. This is easily the cleanest and in my opinion one of the best well run fast food restaurants in the area. I have never sat at a table that needed to be wiped down. The restaurant employs enough people so that they can have multiple people working several registers which makes your wait time minimal. My advice, come in with a buy one get one concrete mixer coupon from the paper and you won't leave you unhappy. read more
