I walked in and ordered two Pot Roast dinners to go and I was told they no longer have Pos Roast dinners. That they only have it as a sandwich. I just shrugged my shoulders turned around and walked out. Bought food elsewhere. That was one of the last few things we still bought here. Several times they have over-fried the onion rings and chicken strips to hard as a brick, some of it inedible. They over the edges of the burgers to black. Don't bother going through the drive through if you're hungry! We got there 4:45ish and sat there with five other cars waiting for our order to be brought out. Probably twenty minutes. They didn't bring our shake and we had to ask for it. All the cars waiting for their food were blocking the window where you pay and one of them was honking. It's not really " fast food" anymore. At least if people have to wait maybe they should direct us to pull around front so it doesn't block the incoming cars. A little better planning would make the experience easier to pit up with. read more

Went to the drive thru today. Ordered a combo meal and an extra burger. Drove home and realized they didn't give me my fries. Drove back and requested they remake my order (since the burgers will now be 30 mins old/cold) and they refused and treated me like I was crazy expecting anything more than just tossing an order of fries in my bag and sending me on my way. Even the manager had the attitude that they didn't owe me a fresh and correct meal. Had to argue to get my money back, and walked out. Very unprofessional of them to expect me to pay full price for cold food that I had to drive there twice for, because they couldn't be bothered to verify my order was correct. read more

It was great news to learn that Culver's had reopened their dining rooms. This is a favorite stop for us. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. The cod sandwiches/dinners are delicious as are the beef pot roast sandwiches/dinners. Culver's cheese curds and fries are the best! The bacon-cheese burgers are very tasty. 10/10 do not recommend this Culver's. I haven't had Culver's in a couple years so decided to finally get some tonight. Got in the drive thru line at 6:12pm and didn't get my food until 6:47. I sat and waited while I watched 6 vehicles behind me get their food and go on their way. When I did finally get my food it was a huge disappointment. Burger wasn't wrapped in the bag so when I grabbed for it half of it fell apart in the bag. The cheese curds were cold and my chocolate shake was too thick to drink and had no chocolate taste only a whip cream taste. Don't waste your time here. read more

Food has been really good lately but when dining inside you guys really need to get rid of some of those clowns working there. Some guy brings my food to my table and raises my tray of food to 5 inches in front of his face so he could read the receipt and starts naming everything I ordered. With a pandemic going on do I really want some M. Effer talking inches away from my food? NO! He did have a mask on but all I could think of was what kind of virus could be transferred to my food. Am I paranoid? YES! And some other clown was hanging around the condiments being annoying. Please get rid of these people that are causing people to not return. read more

Stopped for shakes, it was the first thing my father in law asked for after his surgery. Service was slow. Finally got to the window to pay and they said they wouldn't take my $50 bill. It was the only thing I had with me to pay. The girl said she couldn't take it that I needed to go get change and come back. I told her I had to get back to the hospital and she said sorry turned around and threw the shakes in the trash. Thank you CULVER'S for taking my $50 bill and for providing me with fast friendly service. My favorite place for hot fudge. Last time I had bean and ham soup, which was great. My last visit I couldn't get waited on and left. One young guy behind the counter who acted like he didn't know what he was doing was wandering around. Numerous other staff members were standing around the frozen yogurt machine talking. It was if I wasn't there. After standing there for a while and no one recognizing my presence, I went across the street to Steak and Shake for great service and really good food for less money. I try to go to Culvers when im in a new city and this one didnt disappoint. They didnt have Bananas Foster on the menu which some do and some dont. I had the Butter Burger a Double with Cheese. The food came out fast and was tasty. The Custard was a little off when i ordered my Banana Split and instead of serving it to me like that. They made it right. First trip ... and last. First the good. Lots of parking, the place was clean, and everyone was friendly. Now the bad. There is a reason why there is lots of parking and it's clean - obviously no one uses it. The prices were on the high side for a simple hamburger, fries, and a drink. I got the swiss/mushroom burger and my wife got a cheeseburger. We got our "value" basket and was stunned to see that the burger was so small it didn't cover the bun and it was thin enough to read the lord's prayer through. I was beginning to think Culvers was a dressed up White Castle. I found a few very small pieces of mushroom on my burger. When I complained to the servers she told me the mushrooms were under the cheese. However, when I pulled the cheese up there were only a few more very small pieces of mushroom. They did offer to take the burger back and add some additional mushrooms but I declined thinking that sending food back to actually get what you ordered would probably be a disaster. Then again, maybe I've just watched Fast Times at Ridgemount High too many times. Spend your money elsewhere. read more
