The creamy vanilla flavor isn't the same as the State Fair stand. What do I love about nitro made ice cream? The smooth creamyness that other processes cannot replicate. Plus, it's fun to watch it being made. I am not sure if this is a locally owned establishment or a chain. If it's local, it would have been nice to see them use Lagomarcino's hot fudge. Becky managed Ice Creameries across the tri-state area and really knows a thing or too, so here goes: First off the store is SO CLEAN- they wipe down their blenders between every shake, which keeps the flavor Super Pure. The staff are always dressed in spotless white uniform with their hair pulled back- makes me pine for the Icw Cream parlours of my youth. You are attended to by just one worker (so Kind and Polite) in your whole order, so none of your order gets lost on the sauce (chocolate sauce? HAHA).
