This Culver's location is really nice from the great employees to the great tasting burgers. The inside dinning area is very clean and well maintained, they even have an outside seating area like most Culver's. I went in yesterday and they seemed to be very understaffed. The girl with the glasses and dark hair with the black hat seemed to know how to do everything and she was running everywhere to do everything. what surprised me the most was she never had a frown on her face and was nice and polite to both her co workers and the customers. Food is hit or miss, sometimes comes out not as fresh as other Culver's provide the food to be. Now as far as service...that's where it gets rocky. Drive through had me waiting 45 minutes for my food yet gave others behind me their food. Yesterday I ordered 2 scoops of custard and they left it on the counter and proceeded to do everyone else's custard who was after me. Waiting 20 minutes just for them to give me my order for just 2 scoops of custard makes me want to drive to a different Culver's for a faster and fresher service. read more

terrible service, I ordered one Ice cream on a Tuesday and they were incredibly backed up. After 25 minutes of waiting by the front, I asked where my order was and only then they started making my ice cream. when they finally brought me my ice cream it was 30 minutes and the ice cream was wrong anyways. read more

Wow if i could give a zero star review I definitely would. This locations service is seriously awful. The night shift workers are lazy and don't do their jobs whatsoever. It's a bunch of high school kids that have no idea what they're doing. On numerous accounts they have taken 30+ minutes to bring out my order. Today I waited for my two dishes of ice cream to be made. I was the only car in the drive through and it took them 17 minutes to bring out the two dishes! As i waited for my order to be made I watched three workers sit on their phones and do absolutely nothing. When I received my order it was completely wrong and melted. A little advice for this Culver's restaurant: Have a little more criteria for the hiring of your workers other then the ability to breath. The night shift workers are absolutely terrible with their service. This also reflects on the management at Culver's. Clearly they are not doing their job correctly and are not responsible enough to hold this position. Will never ever eat here again. read more

First of all my Review only for Fort Atkinson-Culvers not for others ! I took my friends there 2 weeks ago on Sunday 7 PM...... I have never seen rude and careless staff in my life in that kind of Franchaise Restaurants. They don't welcome you and don't bother to say to staff good night or thanks before you leave because they just gonna look at you motionless..... We ordered Burger but no Bacon on it, because We do not eat Bacon very simple !!! So our Burgers arrived burned ( because they rushed to cook it because they already start Sunday cleaning ) and it was soaked with bacon fat but thanks no Bacon !!! Yeah maybe you guys think that All customers have no idea about food, burgers, Bacon fat.... whatever we serve them they will eat........not all the time sorry guys..... On the other side I must Admit I also went to Whitewater Culvers and meet with real friendly Culvers staff there + Burgers was cooked in right way, not burned, not soaked in Bacon fat. I was so happy with that and now Although I live in Fort Atkinson If I want to eat burger I just go to Whitewater one and I really love Culvers butter burgers. read more

Nothing to complain about except the roadway to get to/from the entrance can be very busy and backs up around dinner time. Other than that, the food is great, service is fast, and the kids prefer their chicken tenders over anywhere else! read more

Though I typically would give a Culver's 5 stars, this one has seen better days. No one was available to take our order at the register and the place wasn't that busy. after being rung up, we waited at the counter for our ice cream and watched staff and mangers walk over a mop and dustpan on the floor. The dust pan was spilt all over too...not pleasant for the consumer to see. The sundaes and concrete seemed light on toppings compared to when we get these elsewhere. The women's bathroom had two stalls and the handicap stall was out of order and I found that out by reading the sign on the floor amongst other paper supplies. My husband just had the most rude encounter at Culver's in Fort Atkinson! He ordered a salad and Kora ordered a meal and when they came to the car to deliver their order that they had paid for and waited for they had forgotten his salad. So the runner went back in to the store and minutes later they sent someone else out and said; oh you didn't get your salad? Then the manager of the store came out and said that they best they could do would be to make another salad and give it to my husband at a discount??? But he didn't get what he paid for in the first place?? Why would he want to pay for another salad? We will NEVER eat there again! I hope that others will follow suit! Very poor customer service! So if you go to Culver's in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin and are in the Drive Thru, please video tape what is delievered because they are flat out lying about what happened tonight! This is worst Culvers location! Given the choice, I will pick Culvers over any other drive thru restaurant...except in Fort Atkinson. Tonight, I decided to give it another shot. At one point, there were 7 cars waiting for their food. That does not include all of the cars backed up waiting to order and/or pay. The custard portion of my order (that they gave me when I paid) was totally melted by the time my cheeseburger was delivered. Will avoid this location in the future. read more

I went to Culvers after ordering my order over the phone. Went through drive up to pick up order, which was 2 3pc cod dinners, and 1 plain cheeseburger. I get home, keep in mind have to drive all the way across town to get there. I should have known to check my order, but I didn't get home, and yep they did not put in the cheeseburger, and no rolls with our fish dinners. I would think $30 for an order they would get t right. I understand people make mistakes, but it is still very poor service. I checked my receipt to make sure it was on there, Yes right on receipt. So I call them back, tell them, and go back, across town, Get there and the girl says did it say cheese curds on your receipt, I said, no I said cheeseburger. So then after another wait, she gives me the cheeseburger, and 2 rolls, and keep in mind this whole time my expensive fish dinner, with fries and coleslaw is getting cold. Yeah, I got to thinking I could have went to Festival Foods and bought a couple lobster tails for that price. I will not be going there at least for a while. read more

Fort Atkinson Culvers embarrasses the Culvers brand. The folks that work there are disinterested. I went in an 1 1/2 hours before close. They were already cleaning and shutting down for the night. No one was at the register to take orders. Three minutes later one worker told another to stop cleaning and help the customers standing and waiting for service. I wanted to order chicken and I was told they only had two pieces left. I asked again can I have a chicken basket. The server said it would take a half an hour to prepare. I said that is when I came in for. My wife ordered something else. The worker told me that I was going to make my wife wait a half an hour for her food as well. I again reiterated I want the chicken. The chicken came in 15 minutes. This happens on the few occasions that I've gone to Fort Atkinson culvers. I am always told they have no chicken and I am discouraged from ordering it. Someone should really pay attention to the staff and straighten this out. As always the food is high-quality when you do get it. read more
