Extremely frustrated from my visit today. When I walked in, I could tell people were already waiting for a bit it should have been a sign for me to leave. I just got 2 chicken tenders as a small snack on the go as I didn't think it would take very long... but it took around 15 minutes to get them. They took a while to get our ticket, then proceeded to leave them on the counter and completely ignored the prepared orders. There were a lot of staff there, so it was so annoying that they were just finding ways to stall until the shift change at 4... it was just a tiny bag with 2 chicken tenders in it! Food was good, but service was TERRIBLE!!! Out of my 5 orders of food 4 of them were incorrect. People were lazy and weren't paying attention. We were very clear and it was an easy order, but cashier paid no attention! Meat up orders bad! Brought half of the 4/5 orders. Other parts such as cheese curds, fries, and drinks came later because they forgot. Well as far as fast food is concerned, this Culver's gets 5 stars!! Super friendly staff living the Culver's model. Each and every employee that saw us walk in said "welcome to Culver's" with a smile! They were playful and friendly when two employees asked to help me at the same time, and I jokingly danced between the two before choosing. They laughed and had a good time with it. They took my order which is sometimes difficult because I like their veggie burgers but I like it made like a mushroom Swiss burger but with the veggie patty. That seems easy enough but when it comes to how to put it in the computer, people are often confused. I really think it would be much easier for me as the customer if I could just order any burger with a veggie patty in substitution for the meat patty. I mean really. Anyway, they handled it beautifully. After we sat down, the gentleman that brought our food to us was a true angel!! "You did not get ripped off, it's only 2 oz for 80 cents. I packed it myself." I think this past Saturday is the last time for me to go to this particular Culver's. Their food is delicious. But they never get the orders correct. I do check to make sure all the food is in the bag. By the time you get home and find out a sandwich is not the right one, who wants to drive all the way back there to exchange it. Do we really need to open every container in the bag to make sure each sandwich is right? I worked in the food industry so I do understand the co center of bring the mistake back and we'll replace it. This was after we checked in, and then had to call 10 minutes later, for the order that was supposed to be ready at 4, at 4:10 we called. We were literally the only curbside car. Today I was running really early for a meeting and realized I didn't eat breakfast so I might as well catch lunch! As I walked in the door was opened for me by staff with a smile and "Welcome to Culvers!" The staff at the counter was super friendly saying "Hello!" I placed my order and sat down. The place is nice and clean and there was a staff member cleaning the ketchup and mustard area really well. My food was brought out to me with a smile and the server said "thank you so much for coming in, I hope you enjoy your lunch!" That does add to the experience for sure! They were great! My fries were super crispy and my burger a little greasy just the way I like. I know this isn't health food! A manager had an issue with the way one of the staff was cleaning something as I was eating. She was so polite and I really like how she sounded talking to her staff. read more

Every time I've come here, the customer service has been absolutely awful minus one or two employees. Although their service is very fast, you're not going to get a very welcoming experience. You can tell that these people don't care about their jobs. There was garbage sitting on the floor behind the counter, and EVERY employee decided to walk by it and kick the lid instead of picking it up. I do not recommend this Culver's unless you want to wait 20+ minutes for your food to possibly be correct. Yesterday on 9/14/22 at 6:45pm my receipt was printed at the window. I had to give the worker my order again because what he repeated back to me was wrong. It was right then that I realized why I made the mistake of going there yet again. By the time I ordered at the speaker to when I HAD TO GO IN and ask where my food was, it had been a total of 20 minutes. I walked up and asked a worker when order #1 was coming out. Finally, I'm guessing a manager, walked to a small freezer right by the registers (to the customers left, the worker's right) and handed me my three items with no explanation no apology, no word, nothing. My order had been sitting in there with the custard already beginning to melt. Had I not waited so long I would have asked for my money back and left the order there. How in the world do you just simply forget to take people's orders outside when you have a drive-thru full of cars waiting for their orders? Another time in recent months, the worker came out to my car 2x asking what I ordered. Both times he brought out the wrong items. My photos show my melted ice cream and my receipt. I pulled over on the corner of Wirth and Liable to take the photo which is less than a mile away. This Culver's has major issues. No one can get anything right. Whoever these owners are, seems like the only right thing they do is give a military discount. They do not care about their store enough to give it a major overhaul from the top manager down to the workers. There fucking scammers my gf just went there got two 4pc chicken tenders supposed to be a large fry a regular concrete mixer and a large drink should have came out to 23.85 with tax put my order in online because she came home and said I just spent $30 and showed me the receipt so how did that price change ? Pretty good custard for a chain. I really wanted to make a reveiw because of the amazing service I got. I walked in with my fiance and sister in law. We had received free tokens for a scoop or cone at the Highland parade. I only came in for the ice cream cone but the girl at the register was very polite and told us about the prepacked quarts they had for sale from previous flavors of the day, I asked her what was in them she explained very nicely and was patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind. I did not feel rushed or like I was wasting her time. I got my cone and a prepackaged quart of Key Lime Pie for $2, what a steal. It is amazing, I have it in my freezer now and just take a couple bites at a time. I also love that they have a calender of all the flavors they have coming up this month, now that I know, I'll be back for some of my favorites! read more

I always stop at Culver's for the chicken salads and they are typically on point fresh with juicy chicken. On this particular night they seemed to be off their game. First time at this particular Culver's and it's Turtle shake did not meet my expectations. The shake was quite thin in texture or watered down. Could have good for sucking through a straw but still didn't work, since the pecan nuts and chocolate chips would get stuck in the straw. I ordered my food through the drive thru and waited like normal. After a few minutes a young man walks out with food. He comes to my car and asks what I ordered and I tell him. He walks away and we watch this young man walk around with these bags in his hands for over 5 minutes before coming back to us. Turns out it was our food so we take it leave only to check the order only to find out it was done wrong. We go into the restaurant and ask to speak to a manager and we get ignored for several minutes. A manager comes and by this point we are done. We just want our money back. The manager starts arguing with my wife and threatening to call the police. For what? Even when my wife walked away, the manager kept escalating things like a school kid. This was a manager? My experience was extremely disappointing because the chicken was completely bland. There was no seasoning what so ever, not even salt. Me and the bf went through the drive-thru and when the lady was taking our order you could hear tons of people in the back room asking her tons of questions about what they should be cleaning and how to clean it. I like to give credit where it's due. It's not only about how you treat customers when you're perfect, but how you treat them when you make a mistake and how you correct it. My better-half and I went to this location to order and pick-up a to-go order for our family. We purchased a pork tenderloin sandwich, a triple butterburger with onion, ketchup and lettuce, a double butterburger deluxe and a 4pc. chicken tender with BBQ Sauce. The wait was reasonable, approx. 7 minutes from the time we placed our order until we received it. The gentleman who brought it to us smiled, thanked us for coming in and wished us a good rest of our day. Since it was a relatively large to-go order, we checked our bag and the burgers prior to leaving. We received the pork tenderloin sandwich, which was SUPERB. The tenderloin was large enough to hang outside of the bun; just the way your local mom-and-pop might make it. The double burger was nicely complimented with a large, fresh tomato, fresh lettuce, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. The chicken tenders came hot and fresh with, not one, but two packages of BBQ sauce, making sure the tenders never went without. Unfortunately, the triple butterburger was missing. Instead, we had just a single butterburger included in our bag. We drove through the drive-thru and as soon as we alerted the staff, they apologized for the error and politely asked us to pull-forward. Once at the pick-up window, we presented our receipt to the manager, who apologized to us again. After a brief pause, the kind and friendly cashier apologized once more, then offered us a complimentary concrete mixer of our choice, in addition to our triple butterburger. We were asked to pull-forward, then promptly presented with our concrete mixer. After about 3 minutes, we were given our triple butterburger, which was fresh and delicious. The "Golden Arches" and "Eat Fresh" might be the larger fast food chain, but this Culver's location knows what it means to have good food and how to correctly fix a mistake. Never were we made to feel like second-rate customers, nor was it implied that we were trying to "steal" or get something for free, as is often the case when you report a problem at "Golden Arches." My family and I will certainly be returning in the future. read more

Waited 24 min for my takeout order which included a double cheeseburger value basket, a pot roast sandwich value sandwich, and two orders of chicken tenders for my family. When I checked on my order at the counter after 20 min, they explained they were waiting on fries. Meanwhile, I saw their workers deliver fries to customers at their tables whose orders were taken after mine. When I finally received my order, I walked back to the car and opened my pot roast sandwich when I discovered that it was missing the top bun and had just one small piece of beef on there. After I walked back to show them, I waited for another 7-8 min for my new sandwich. After all this, on the car ride, I realized we were missing one of the orders of chicken tenders and my two younger kids would have to share one order. read more
