Sure, if we sit in our car eating Hot Fudge Sundaes, like today, we can tell the young women seem at times too attached to their phones, and during pauses between customers they open the front glass door to peek out, craning their necks, with eyes focused on the horizon, as if they are awaiting for their jobless boyfriends driving their rusted out Ford F150s to pull up.
