This might be my favorite restaurant i've ever been to in my life. i was anticipating coming here as a massachusetts resident. i had high expectations hoping the food was as good as it looked and trust me, it was. The burgers were great and their rootbeer might be the best rootbeer i've ever had. the service was honestly quick considering the quantity of our meal. This was my first time eating here and I have to say the service was awful, it was taking forever for them to get food out likely because it was chaos behind the counter. Today, I visited this specific Culver's location to try them for the first time. Let me tell you, this was not a disappointment. Triple ButterBurger with cheese and bacon, large cheese curds, crinkle fries, a large root beer, and a hot fudge sundae for dessert. Ate it all in one sitting, might've gained 6-7 pounds, but hey, it was worth it. Out of this world cheese curds. 5/5 stars. The service was awesome, speedy delivery. The ambiance of the restaurant was very welcoming, and scoopie, don't get me started. A whole nother world. Would highly recommend for people who have a taste in REAL cheese and REAL burgers. (today did it for me) culvers service is OKAY the people in the back mess up SO MUCH. not only are they not attentive but the ALWAYS mess up orders EVERYTIME. i order a strawberry iceream mixer with fudge on top they ALWAYS mess it up with it in there and we always say something , matter of fact i contacted them directly and its still wrong. bow moving on to today i asked for a deluxe single with extra pickles there wasnt a damn pickle up there. they have never gotten a order ive placed fully correct other than like twice and its frustrating coming home from practice and getting food that always wrong ( mind you the people taking our orders say everything right so what are the people doing there??) i really dont know but its gotten to a point where im so sick and tired of them constantly messing up read more

I ordered a Culve deluxe with bacon and when I received it, the bacon wasn't on there. I went back to the window and the lady asked me could she just give me a side of bacon? I was appalled. I asked her if I didn't get cheese would you just give me another slice of cheese on the side.? I asked could I get my money back and she said sure, pull up to the window. I encountered a very nice guy who offered to make my burger again in which this is what I wanted . This Culver is right off 95 and I was traveling. Really delicious, freshly made crispy, hot items: fried shrimp, chicken pieces; delicious custard and mix-ins. The concrete was a tiny bit disappointing since the ones I'm accustomed to have a much bigger portion of them in there (hence not 5-stars), but really all this was fresh and delicious, and served to order and friendly. Chicken was juicy and delicious (have they changed their breading, or is this a north/south thing?); I've never tried their shrimp until today, which was also fresh and tasty. OMG! Why don't we have one of these in NY?!? I have seen some reviews saying this place has the best chain burgers so on the way back from Myrtle, I had to make a stop. And so glad we did because the food is ridiculously good! The smash "butterburgers" have such a good crust and are fruity and flavorful. We got the deluxe with the works, which was a delicious flavor bomb! I thought they were cooked in butter but I'm looking it up, they just put butter on the rolls. The onion rings were also so good. Not too much batter, crispy and well seasoned. The custard was also so good! My wife and I were originally going to share one double butterburger but it was so good we got another one! I am probably lucky there is not one of these close to us because I would be a candidate for My 500 Pound Life. I never thought I would find a chain burger that was better than In n Out but I was wrong. read more

Absolutely miserable compared to any culver's i've been to in fl, ga, and SC. After I ordered my food I went to wash my hands to see the bathroom completely covered in urine. (I understand this isn't their fault however it definitely was not new when I came in. After that not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food but I got a front stage show to the bagger sneezing directly onto another customers food. (I would have said something however it was a takeout order and the employee took it out.) Stopped here as it was the last Culver's near I-95 North. I was not disappointed. Interior looked new and plenty of seating. Service was quick and the servers were so sweet and friendly. There was a drink fountain like all Culver's locations. Bathroom was very clean and smelled good. The outdoor area was shaded and had lots of seating. The birthday concrete mixer was tasty. First time visit, burger had a wonderful flavor even though it was very thin. Young lady taking our order did her job but not necessarily friendly, just more like there to get the job done. Wow. What a great burger. First time in and once we figured out the menu board it was pretty simple. The staff was ok. Not particularly friendly or unfriendly, just pretty much indifferent. The restaurant was clean and neat. The food came out in a good time frame. The burgers are amazing. They actually season the meat. We had cheese curds also and they were very good. The food is good but kinda pricey but I don't mind paying a lil extra for better fast food. The wait is usually not to bad and I like the drive through. You order and pay they pull you up and bring it out to you freshly cooked every time. So far we've had the chicken tenders, spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings, cheese curds, FF's, and Cheese burger and all have been above average taste great and cooked fresh. My dogs love it because they always get a pup cup of whip cream free of charge. Staff is always super friendly! Huge plus!! Great place for the entire family. i've always loved culver's food but we just went and got our food, thought everything was fine and drove 30 minutes home. We got home and opened it up and we're missing half our order. We called the store and tried to get a refund and all they did was offer coupons. We asked for a full refund and they hung up on us.
