Waited about ten minutes until it was ready. Then, later I ordered chocolate-chip cookies and an ice cream cone for dessert and waited for over ten minutes for that but then accidentally re-ordered it. I went to the counter to explain the issue about the re-ordering thing, but nothing was done, but received my dessert anyway when I intended to only pay for one order. The food I am overall pleased with. Although this store is about 30-40 years old, it's pretty well maintained and everything and very clean. The PlayPlace area is nice, and its playground is vibrant and more attractive than the ones of today's generation. And this particular McDonald's has a warm ambience as always. Today, on the second endeavor, I went to try and get a refund on the extra order of the same thing I didn't intend on, but they weren't able to because the store manager wasn't in like the staff working yesterday said the manager wouldn't be in until today, but then one of this store's assistant management said the GM wouldn't be in until tomorrow. And for today's visit, I ordered myself a Chocolate-Chip Frappé for a good cool-off. It was very busy, and they certainly know how quality is paramount to customer standards, but the speed of service could have been better and the people working there could have been more responsive to customers who do Mobile Ordering. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it was a good experience, but the speed of service and responsiveness to Mobile Orders could be better, but that the people from yesterday on Sunday could have told me the correct day that the GM would be in to issue a refund on any order that was unintended.

I just tried going through the drive through at 9:43pm 17 minutes before closing, as a chain restaurant i figured this store would close at the correct time and the workers would choose to do there job while clocked in. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. If i am traveling over 25 minutes to get there for them to be closed early is just outrageous. Someone needs to start doing their job, for this to be a constant issue is just embarrassing.
