Not only did Laurie send us home with a replacement water heater, she allowed us to keep the defective one until we could transfer the fluids! A store where you could purchase one nail, or a kitchen towel, or a snow blower, or some candy for your kids. I realized I needed an ice scraper for my new car and the owner (I looked him up) told me he would go to the basement since the scrapers weren't up from the basement yet.
