Ken not only went to work to locate the only hydraulic unit in the entire five state area, but because he told me that it would be ready Friday, he and his mechanic stayed there until 8:15 pm on a Friday night to finish my car. Fortunately, the tow job for which Eric had been dispatched did not materialize, so we asked for his help. Because we do not have a spare tire (BMW insanity) as a favor to us, Eric called many tire stores until he found one that had the tire we needed and could work us in before they closed. He towed us to the Firestone Store in Oak Ridge in time for them to replace our tire, and he made certain we were good-to-go before he left. Eric is a wonderful example of going above and beyond to help others in a dangerous situation.
