The tires would have to be ordered and would be in the next day. The next day before the appointment we were sight seeing and when I tried to start the vehicle it wouldn't. Sounded like the starter. I called and Dave told me about a towing service very close but told me he would send a man over (we were within a mile of the shop) to check it out. The guy got the truck started. (Bad battery) I took the truck to their shop and got the tires and battery. They even replaced a bad turn signal. I was not charged for the guy coming out or the turn signal bulb. I advised him we wanted a quote and since he acted shady we were taking it somewhere else. He then told me I couldn't take it any where until we paid him restocking fee for parts. I paid 400$ and asked for a receipt showing proof of restocking fee. He stated he couldn't because his computer did a automatic update to software. Which so conveniently happened during my proof of purchase request. I should've not paid and called the police because we only asked for a quote and made that clear several times. Just by the way this man talked I could tell he is a crook . Stay far away
