Henry Clay Villa makes me feel like my grandma is loved, and well taken care of. During the COVID-19 crisis, the last place anyone wanted their loved one to end up was in a nursing home. Of course, my grandma got admitted during the pandemic The workers at HCV went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get in contact with my grandma, and even brought her outside to see us on several occasions (since we were not allowed inside) They even had a parade for the residents one day, where loved ones drove by with signs - they even had the fire department come through! During this uncertain time, I feel peace knowing my grandma is happy and well taken care of at this facility. Thank you HCV for being so excellent, and providing such an amazing service!

The radiologist's communication and manner were upsetting and, in my opinion, lacked compassion toward a young child and her mother during a stressful situation. My daughter was left in tears because of the way she and my granddaughter were treated. When I called the office twice to ask for my results one of the staff asked in an irritated tone why I was so concerned! I answered that a preliminary test suggested that I had thyroid cancer! Earlier that year the doctor never adjusted my thyroid meds and I experienced strong symptoms of hyperthyroidism...heart palpitations and hair loss. I also found my results on the portal and adjusted my own meds and consulted my GP since Dr P. couldn't fit me in. Also I was left on Metformin for a very long time without being informed of the side effects of long term use. I left this doc and now my GP manages my Endo needs.
